Hello. Okay, so, I've been hearing about a rising number of artists in BTACD and instead of subtly edging requests into conversations, I'm going to make a formal one here and leave it at that.

I WILL STATE THIS NOW:

Dark is a poor pilot with no ability to pay real cash for any of the following art requests. However, she does have a firm grasp of writing and would be happy to trade stories for commissions, ranging from anything to histories, inspired short stories, collaborative series, tutoring sessions, etc. Basically whatever you can think of. I know this is a bit of an unusual currency, but writing is the only paintbrush I have, and I hope I'm not conceited in saying that I'm very, very good at it.

Also, lesser known fact, I'm fairly decent at poetry. It seems to be in even less demand, however. xD;

Moving on to the requests:


LESLIMUNE BLUDDMOON

human form

additional facial/body details:

Leslie has a very lean body, driven by being on the road for a long time. Thus her skin tone is tanned and weatherworn, and she has a more muscular tendency. In other words, she is neither cute nor fragile.

personality description:

Stubborn almost to a fault, determined, on the hunt for Solan at the moment. Right now she's bordering on losing control of her suppressed rage and it's causing feelings of isolation and desperation. Any picture depicting that loneliness or single-minded tracking would catch her perfectly.

clothing description:

Long-sleeved green v-necked tunic and black leggings, cinched around the waist with a braided leather belt; calf-high leather boots; hooded full-length brown cloak; and a wooden wolf pendant. She carries no weapon.

wolf form

size: roughly the size of your average akita (border collie in onexone for those who remember)
fur: dark, unmarked brown
significant markings: none. The sickle moon is hidden under her fur.


REMEIRA/HARBINGER SWORDSINGER/SHADOWEDLIGHT

normal form

race: drow/dark elf
hair: straight, white, often pulled back in elaborate hairstyles; otherwise, it falls almost to her waist. Tends to be braided with silver or gold.
eyes: red with a ring of blue in the center
significant markings: six wings in tribal style covering the full back of her body, from shoulder to ankle. Appear white against her skin, which is naturally an almost pure black; additionally, white manacles around her wrists.

additional facial/body details:

Remeira isn't shy about her body, and it's meant to be stunningly attractive. She shows off frequently around male counterparts. Thus, she has a very womanly appearance and uncommonly regal features, such as high cheekbones and a tall, slender bearing. However, she is also a deadly warrior, and so not delicate so much as willowy.

personality description:

Lascivious would be a good word for Rem. She flirts shamelessly, often pushing limits, but would just as soon turn a steamy situation into a vicious one. She's got a long history of betrayal, sword mastery, and dominance. Meeting anyone who challenges her or doesn't fall under her spell (another strong woman, for example), will often feel the brash end of her tongue or outright lies to mislead them. She doesn't do well with competition and would just as easily slay them in their sleep as take them to the field of battle.

Knee-high black boots adorned with silver thread; loose white leggings and white tunic; black sash around her waist; De'Bryska, a sea-colored sword with a golden hilt; white elbow-length gloves; black hooded cloak; sapphire collar with silver embroidery; white muslin scarf tied around the lower half of her face and neck.

Knee-high black boots adorned with silver thread; tight black leggings strapped with a customary dagger or two; gold dragonscale belt to hold De'Bryska; bare midriff; black tunic top cut to cover her chest, sewn with more dragonscales and cut off at the shoulders not unlike our tank tops; sapphire collar; a series of gold rings on her left arm; three gemstone stud earrings in each ear, one at the top of the earlobe; typically threads of metal woven into her hair. No cloak.

significant markings: tattoos remain, however they are now black instead of white as her skin has inverted to a very pale, fair shade.
additional facial/body details: loses some of the strength from before, not as confident, and a lot more breakable. Remeira in her human form is nervous and uncertain of herself.

Typical black hiking boots, black leggings, black top that leaves her arms exposed, white sash to hold De'Bryska. Sapphire collar will likely be absent. None of her jewellery will be present.

TOBIAS FORSYTE

gender: male
height: 6'1
appearing age: 28
race: human
hair: dark brown, cut raggedly short
eyes: blue
significant markings: Anima tattoos; Japanese sign for luck is woven into them, and they appear to be silver or greyish in color.
additional facial/body details: very rugged, outdoors type of look. Not particularly buff nor weak, more of a middleman in appearances.

personality description:

Gentle. Tobias has a soft spot for children and delicate women. He's an honest man who wants to protect those he knows and will occasionally go to great lengths to help even a stranger. He's very charismatic and warm to be around, and takes any leadership role quite seriously. Tobias prefers to listen rather than talk and will often get to know someone quite well by paying attention to their mannerisms and attitudes.

clothing description:

Black leather boots. Typical loose brown leggings with a leather belt, dagger sheath strapped to one leg, another two at his waist. Black tunic slashed at the shoulders. Occasionally wears a thick woollen sweater when flying at high altitudes.

KUMO SPIRITBLADE

race: Human?
hair: Blonde, short-ish. Look up Cloud pictures. :3
eyes: Brown
significant markings: None.
additional facial/body details: Okay. Kumo's a bit of a prettyboy. He's definitely capable of handling himself in a fight, but he's slenderer and shorter than most of his fellow warriors. Thus, quite fast, and very flexible.

personality description:

Quiet, detached, doesn't like to get involved with people he doesn't already know. He is extremely cynical of the gods and his involvement with them and other lives. Not particularly welcoming to be around. He also envisions himself as a sort of lone wolf, even in company.

clothing description:

Grey cargo-style pants, black boots, black leather belt. Black tunic with partial sleeves, and straps from an enormous sheath running across his chest to loop back around his back. Silver necklace and a single gold ring on his left hand. Five-foot long blade so far unnamed across his back, has cloth wrapped around the hilt like a bandage.

SHAN ROBINWING

gender: female
height: 4'4
appearing age: 14
race: vampire
hair: dark, vibrant red, elbow-length and usually tied back
eyes: hazel
significant markings: Anima tattoos on her back in a light brown, depicting whorls and swirls (she often has her robin wings out instead of letting people see the tattoos, and they're light brown with blood-red pinfeathers)
additional facial/body details: Shan is pixieish and childlike, with a cute, round face and big eyes. She's short because it runs in the family and thin and lanky as a twig. Private bets say she weighs 90 lbs soaking wet.

personality description:

Hyper. Shan's full of energy and eternally running rather than walking to where she wants to go. She's also incredibly curious and delighted by small things, like catching butterflies or stormy clouds. This can sometimes be to the exasperation of her guardian and friend, Akura, as it usually ends in trouble rather than fortune. While she can be serious when the situation warrants it, more often she treats things like a game.

clothing description:

Brown boots, brown leggings, bright orange tunic with a black belt that holds an array of five kunai; a small necklace of stones, fangs, and other tidbits of interest; black sash to tie back her hair.

CLAR FOXBLOOD

height: 5'2
appearing age: 26
race: human
hair: bright red, almost orange, and waist-length. Almost always tied back.
eyes: hazel
significant markings: Anima markings that slightly resemble pawprints
additional facial/body details: Clar is small, but whip-sharp. Trained by Akura, her body is lean, quick and flexible. She believes in ability over beauty and pushes herself constantly, thus she's slender but hard-bodied. She is particularly fast and graceful while wielding her favoured weapon - a bow.

personality description:

Hot-tempered. It's easy to offend Clar and not so easy to win back her affections. She's very blunt and very sharp, often letting people know her observations whether they want to know them or not. After spending a due amount of time being hunted by a number of vampires and various other creatures in Vystrianna, she's particularly cynical of magical races and would rather kill a vampire or werewolf on sight than ask them about their day. Dragons, while faring slightly better, may still get an arrow to the throat.

clothing description:

Calf-high black boots, brown leggings, dark green tunic with short sleeves and a tight brown vest, wooden fox bracelet, and a beautiful rosewood bow specially mixed with yew (the only magic she'll permit around her), and several matching arrows fletched with goosefeathers. Three arrows in her quiver have phoenix feathers. Typically her hair is tied back with a strong piece of rawhide and despite this more or less permanent fixture, she carefully brushes it out every night to avoid tangles.

LUMINE LIGHTSHATTER VO SORCHA

race: Mythkin
hair: turquoise
eyes: turquoise
significant markings: Mythkin tattoos in the same shade as his eyes and hair. Sharp, jagged forms.
additional facial/body details: Lumine's skin is abnormally white, and he has somewhat strange features; his eyes are set just a bit too far apart, like an animal's, and his fingers long and delicate, like a spider's. He has a tall, nondescript male body that is neithery overtly strong nor weak.

personality description:

Evil. Manipulative. Sadistic.

clothing description:

Black boots, black leggings and tunic embroidered with silver leaves, simple grey cloak with no hood, no jewellery of any kind.
