Bitten is set in Shreveport-Bossier City, Louisiana. The streets are busy here. Everyone is occupied with their everyday lives. No one really suspects that their neighbor could be a bloodsucking leech or that their dentist turns into a drooling mutt every now and again. Well...most people are oblivious anyway.

Louisiana Boardwalk
Louisiana Boardwalk on the Red River in Bossier City is the largest combination shopping, dining and entertainment development in Louisiana. It attracts shoppers with its 70 retail outlet stores, riverfront cafes/restaurants, and an entertainment area with a movie theatre, an arcade and a bowling alley. The entire development was designed to resemble a small town with intersecting streets and picturesque trolleys. |

Pierre Bossier Mall
Pierre Bossier Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located at the intersection of Interstate 20 and Airline Drive in Bossier City. It makes for good shopping when the hot, humid weather is too much for you. Take a look around. |

Casinos
Most of the casinos are located on the Red River. They're great places to double your money...or blow it. Hope luck is on your side. That or you're a good cheat. |

Parade & Fireworks
Bitten's first site wide event is beginning. Shreveport, Louisiana throws an annual Christmas parade for its citizens. For the people not sulking in their stopped vehicles it can be fun. What with its marching bands, candy tossing floats, dancing reindeer.
At the end of the parade route, near the Red River, is where the show really starts. There are always fireworks.
Every year the city's officials talk of canceling the festivities. Because every year several people go missing. Sometimes they are found later...just not in the same way people last saw them... |
