Okay. So I can't exactly remember how I found Ed. I do remember watching Lego House, though. I was like, "Wow this guy looks like Rupert Grint" then I realized it actually was. But how I found Lego House, I don't remember at all.

I remember the day I first found out about him. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan as well as Ed, so I was checking my fan site as usual. I stumbled across an article saying that Rupert Grint was in a new music video, so, curious, I clicked on it and watched. I immediately loved the song. However, it never really crossed my mind that Ed had other songs...I don't know. It was more of a "Hmm...that was a good song!" and then I left. That was it.
Moving forward a bit, and I was introduced to Ed yet again. I was watching TV, and was texting as the commercials rolled on, one after another. Only one caught my attention. It was a Victoria's Secret commercial. I'm a straight girl, so I didn't like it for the reason you might be thinking. The reason I was so intrigued by this commercial was because of the song playing in the background. Ed's "Give Me Love". At the time, I had no idea what the song was, but I knew one thing: it was beautiful. I did everything I could to try to find it, and with a bit of luck, I finally did. I immediately not only fell in love with the entire song, but Ed's music as a whole.
And that, ladies and gentleman, is how I discovered this Ginger Genius. tongue.gif

I think a friend showed me A Team a few months back, and I was like "Yeah he's okay." And went on with life. Then I heard it again on the radio about a month ago and was like dude I need this song! So I listened to it nonsto p, and used YouTube to find a few other of his songs, and just instantly fell in love and downloaded all his songs. That's how I gave my heart to the Ginger Jesus. smile.gif

I'm not quite sure how but I saw his name a few times on twitter in Sptember 2011, but I wouldn't really care about it.. After a while, I would see his name almost everyday so I decided ok, I'm gonna listen to this dude if he's soo incredible. I went on youtube and checked the music video for "The A Team" and then.......................... I fell in love.................. I immediately checked on Itunes to see if his album was available, as I live in Canada and most of the time, things that go out in the UK arrive a little late to us. Surprisingly, + was available on Itunes!!!!! I immediatly bought it and It would play 24/7 (along with every other Ed song from his other EPs).
The weird thing in this story is that only a few weeks after I bought the album (and one of my friends bought it shortly after me), another friend wanted tp buy it, but it wasn't on Itunes anymore..... It was a big mystery for us. I had the answer in April when I had the incredible chance to meet Ed at a TV show in Montreal and the guy that is like his "manager" or I don't know what when he's in the city explained to me that the album was available for like 2 weeks on the canadian Itunes because ed's label her in Canada thought it would be a great idea to sell it. But, when the american label learned about that, they told the canadian label that they had to wait until the album was out in the US to sell it in Canada. They have to do it together.
So, for a few months I had some rare material haha.
I was very lucky. I discovered him at the perfect moment smile.gif

This is gonna make me sound lame but...
So, September-ish I was playing this Habbo retro, Yabbo, they had a radio for the users. I remember the exact phrase
"Here ya go Johnny boy, your Ed Sheeran!" And then Lego House started playing. I fell immediately in love with him. The 'hotel,' was full of English people, always talking about Ed, and all the English people. And then I knew why.
thank you Yabbo. c:
