Saishale City Contest Hall
This is easily the least-frequented Hall in the region, just because the wild Ghost Pokemon that roam the city have a terrible habit of crashing the contests.

Team Azazel Left Hand Headquarters
If you're looking for a membership to Team Azazel, you'll probably get pointed here. The Left Hand is nowhere near as awful as the Right Hand, though they are still criminals. You're much more likely to get accepted into the Team here than you are back in Demofells - and much more likely to leave alive, too. Of course, information is like gold around here, so...
