A remote secret island on the border of the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean, Arrow Point Bay provides a safe haven for Specials and Synthetics, and a place for humans to co-exist peacefully with them.
There are two main sites of importance - the Agency and the College. Both are pro-diversity, and strong believers in peace and equality.
The Agency (APA) only answers to itself, governing and regulating the Bay but also protecting Specials from humans around the world and vice versa. They are against the Alliance. The Agency also runs the
College (APC) which provides education to all kinds - humans, Specials, synthetics, and half-synthetics under the school motto 'Non ducor, duco' (I am not led, I lead). The APA Internship Program is one of our prized curriculars, and we encourage all students to join as many graduates who have gone on to work for the Agency have led fulfilling careers.
While the Bay has seen much peace under our care, there have been moments of upheaval and tragedy caused by
The Alliance - a global underground organisation with dangerous agendas. As purists, they believe genetic purity is the key to the survival of Specials. By using aggressive fear tactics, they aim to bend the humans to their will and preserve the Pure Race. We have destroyed their 12 'super groups' but they continue to form armies against us, recruiting the more dangerous and unstable Specials, and sending them to all the major regions of the world. Alliance members are considered to be traitors and we strongly recommend people who have information about them or their operational whereabouts to step forward.
On a concluding note, the APA Board and I would like to officially welcome you to the Bay. We hope you enjoy your stay here and find the challenges rewarding.
Please read the rest of the handbook before registering, especially the Bay's
policy. Background information about APB can be found in the
archives, while current APB developments will be filed under the
Classified Intel section.
