Behavior

Respect your fellow players. Keep drama in character only. If you have difficulties with another player, deal with it via an admin.

Posting

There is no word count/post length on this site. Post with substance. It is up to you and your thread partner to determine what length of posts you want for your particular thread (and whether or not you prefer post matching).

While writers of any ability level are welcome on this site, please recognize that you are expected to adhere to proper English spelling, grammar, and punctuation to the best of your ability. If you aren’t sure of something, run your post through a word processor’s spelling and grammar check before posting.

Rating

We are rated a 3-2-3 via RPG Rating. If your post has mature content (language, sex, violence), please include the label {M} in the title.

Play-Bys

You may use any famous individual as a play-by, with the exception of politicians. If a Google image search of their name will show their face, you may use that person. Please keep play-by ages within a reasonable range (estimated at +/- 5 years; use your discretion) of your character’s actual age.

If you are interested in an alternate method of having a play-by or playing without one altogether, please let a staff member know when you submit your app to avoid confusion.

Character Registration

Please register your account with your character’s name properly capitalized. Characters from the Compounds need a first and last name. Characters from the Pleeblands may or may not have a last name.

Visuals

No graphics or templates are required to play on this site. If you choose to use them: Avatars may be up to 200px x 200px. Signatures may be up to 500px in width and 300px in height.

All boards have doHTML enabled. Members are welcome to doHTML and bbcode templates to format their posts if they choose. When these are used, all fonts be a size 10pt (or equivalent) or larger.

It is the philosophy of the staff of this site that the point of roleplaying is to have FUN. If at any point something seems to be hindering your ability to enjoy the game, please let us know.
