The Titanic and the history around it has fascinated the world for nearly a hundred years. What happened on that fateful night? What was life like before the Titanic? After?
Join us on the RMS Titanic as we voyage from all over the world to New York city and beyond. We all have different reasons for going and different plans for our future, but we all have one thing in common. We will all have to pick up the broken pieces of our lives when the ship sinks.
Are you ready? We're about to set sail, and I have a sinking feeling.

| QUOTE | He gave an approving smile as she agreed to come with him, even at this moment thinking it was better than hanging out with her own kind. Kellan was sure she wouldn’t be singing such a tune when she was finally down in the dirty depths of the ship. Sure, it had been a brand new ship when they all boarded, but with that many people in such a few decks it was bound to get a little dirty. Their deck was used as a yard for the First Class dogs to do their business and men who were getting to drunk did not always make it to the edge of the ship. Some of the staff tried to clean the decks every now and then, they of course didn’t want the horrible troubles to clean it all before the next passengers would get on for the next voyage. Kellan was sure he could never be crew on a ship, mostly because he had spent most of his first day trying to keep as busy as possible to keep from being seasick.
They curved around the people, passing the steward she had threatened, well saved him from. He gave a cocky nod and continued trying to act as confident as possible to pull this off and returned the jacket where he had gotten it from on their way back to the stairs he had taken. Kellan was not a thief and when trying to impress a lady, he supposed since it didn’t fit well, he wouldn’t keep it. He gave a look around to locate where the staff was, he partially wished he had his little sister to distract them. However, he gave a shrug and jostled the gate open. He had hopped it on the way up but with Brigette blocking the view he made it easier for her to pass. He placed a hand on the mid of her back in a hurried fashion to get down the one set of stairs, there would be four or five more to get down to the Third Class area. Of course, the grand staircase and the man he delivered to just had to be on the A-Deck.
After making it all the way down he looked back to Brigette and then gestured outward. “Home, sweet, home.” It didn’t smell the greatest, definitely not compared to where he had just came from and there were people loitering everywhere. Did it make any sense that the most people would get the smallest amount of the ship? Of course not, but that was all politics. Once they were walked down the hallway, he hadn’t forgotten what they were talking about it was just rather difficult to carry on a conversation when they were sneaking around and trying to be sly. “Aye, me whole family is on the ship. I ‘ave five brothers and two sisters. What boredom if they weren’t around, I am sorry.” He gave a sympathetic look. Kellan couldn’t imagine life without his siblings, sure he lived ten to twelve months as an only child before Emmet, but who can remember when one is an infant.
He hadn’t even really realized that they had missed lunch, he just hadn’t felt hungry. Kellan was more interested in getting to know Brigette and fascinated that she from First Class was interested in his life. The party had already begun, or perhaps it never stopped. So many of them had much to celebrate and what else was there to do when all they were given was a deck and an open room. As he escorted her into the open room there were children playing in one part of the room and a band playing in another. It was soon obvious that a boxing match would begin within the hour and betting was going on. “Well, this is it. I am sure i’ tis not as excitin’ as ye might ‘ave thought.” |
