The Dragons an the American Gang from New York, formed almost 26 years ago by the current leader. Their move to Tokyo was for the opening of their new business, which deals with stolen goods on the black market. They see Tokyo's business boom as a new way to earn their living, and after a patchy first year, in which some of their members killed one of Tokyo's current leading gang, The Ashes, Leaders son, they have found their stay most unwelcoming by the locals, who fear The Ashes.

About

The Ashes have ruled over Japan for almost 3 generations without any fear of rivalry. With the arrival of The Dragons, the Ashes made it their task to keep a close eye on them, only to have one of their top ranking killed, a man who just happened to be the leaders son. Angered, they waged war on the Dragons, trying to push them out of their territory. Their war has waged now for over 15 years -- though with the arrival of The Knights, they are beginning to find that their position at the top is under threat.

Currently:

→ is quite 'weak' with their 'technological defenses' compared to others (deeply rooted in their traditional Japanese ways)
→ there have been discrepancies in their routine with them exporting weaponry instead of selling them locally, weakening communication with dealers as errors begin to occur in their computer systems.
→ men on the low end are suspicious of the sudden changes in their routine*

The Knights are a secret, Elite organization of Japanese locals who see the working and war between the Dragons and The Ashes a way to earn money, causing them to destroy each other as a way to 'protect' their city. They see themselves as the undercover protectors, even though they are using this to their personal gain, even going against the police so that the gangs can destroy each other themselves. By hacking into the systems of both Gangs, they are playing havoc with their files and dates, and also framing each other for certain happenings, hoping to drive them to kill themselves. They work in complete secrecy, and the Dragons and The Ashes are currently looking for their HQ.
