Grounds
1407 Graymalkin Lane in Salem Center, New York.
This mansion turned school is quite large and finds itself competing with many other institutes in terms of size. Just as impressive as the school itself are the areas that surround it making it a rather unique location as its surround by a forest, a sand garden, and plains. institutes in terms of size.

The Courtyard
The mansion is actually the shape of a "X". In the middle, there is the courtyard, where mutants can pay respects to the deceased Jean Grey, and Professor Xavier.

Classrooms
The classrooms take up most of the free space in the X-Mansion. Classes range from science and mathematics, ethics, elective leadership and tactics, self-defense, close-combat and survival classes, as well as many more.

Staff Quarters
There are many sublevels of the X Mansion. The upper most sublevel is used for the staff housing. Students are not allowed in the Staff quarters. Quarters are reserved for School staff as well as members of the X Men team.

Student Quarters
The top most floor is reserved for Student housing. Rooms are large and shared with other Students according to age and gender.

Lower Levels
The lower levels have a variety of things in them such as various labs, holding cells, storage and medical facilities. Students are not allowed in the lower levels of the X-Mansion.

Cerebro
Cerebro (also known as Cerebra) is a large computer device inside the X-Mansion that acts as a conduit and magnifier for telepaths. It is used primarily as a way to locate mutants.

The Danger Room
The Danger Room provides a central and controlled location for training where the X-Men can learn to control and develop their abilities in normal and combat-like situations. The room itself is quite large, and there is a central control room and observatory overlooking it where the entire room can be controlled by a single person.

X-Jet Hanger
A high speed monorail runs from the mansion to the hanger and the Blackbird exits the area from the far side of the Mansion's grounds. The aircraft's stealth ability cut takeoff and touch-down noise to a minimum. The Hangar facilities themselves are capable of repairing anything that flies, using a combination of advance human and Shi'ar technologies

Brood Hideout
The Brood have their own place, different than where the Brotherhood was. The Brood's hideout is about a mile away from the Statue of Liberty, and on the outside it appears to be an abandoned mini-mall, but it can house up to fifty-five mutants at a time.

The Alleys and Backstreets of Manhatten. Be careful, Deadpool and the Brood like to skulk around here, and some mutants walkign down these places don't come back.

A down and dirty club in a not so nice neighborhood. Gambit hangs out here a lot, when he's not with the X-Force. A lot of Brood members come here, and for some reason it draws the bad guys.

Apartment complex that's pretty upscale. Some Loners live here, and some X-Force members. The apartment complex is in a good part of town.
