the club’s entrance hall is actually a red, mirrored tunnel, that if you squint hard enough could almost be the stem to the cherry of the club’s round, open interior. after the hall, the entrance is flanked by two large VIP rooms, the first of many table options in and outside the club. just inside, a circular bar, adorned prettily with go-go dancers is surrounded by more table seating and in the back of the bar, a wood-paneled dance floor. try not to get too distracted by the disco balls, there’s one huge one and three smaller ones, each sending light pin-balling around the room. television screens scattered throughout the club flicker images of flames with the silhouette of curvy women dancing in and out of frame while red. at 8,500 square feet, the club is the perfect size, not so big that you’ll lose your friend, not so small that you’ll be sitting on top of them.

one of the most famous casinos out there, it has over one hundred thousand feet where you can gamble in an assortment of places. it is the most expensive casino in the world, and one of the spots that tourists have to check out. not only is it famous for its casino, but of the volcano outside. obviously its not a real volcano- just a replica, so no need to be worried. it does, however, erupts periodically at night. but the smell of the gases actually bring in more gamblers- it gives off a pina colado aroma. the mirage casino is definitely a big part of las vegas.

as a two-level club LAX could've turned into two separate parties existing in the same space, but instead it all works together. views from the upper level overlook the lower level, with the dance floor right in the middle, which means you can see what almost everybody else down there is doing, even in certain VIP areas, so it makes for a sense of community and oneness. or it makes for a sense of one giant blowout bash.

inside of the club is laid out and decorated in such a way that there's some dark sexiness to the whole atmosphere and if you choose to stay inside the whole time, but the crown jewel of VD is its patio, so if there were ever a time to get over that fear of heights, your trip to VD would be it. the patio is huge and full of everything the inside of the club has (bars, VIP areas, DJ booth, dance floor even a stripper pole), but it's made infinitely better by the view. from the patio at voodoo, the entire city is laid out before you, which sounds like a cliché, but it's really true. you can see the hotels, the houses, the streets, the tiny lights and everything else that fills it all in.

vegas' coyote ugly is everything you never knew you wanted in a bar, because it's actually full of less stuff than a normal bar. there are no fancy cocktails – do a shot or drink a beer if you're thirsty. there are no fancy, big-name DJs – pick a song on the jukebox. there are no fancy million-dollar interior design concepts – take a look at some flags and bumper stickers on the wooden walls. there are no fancy places to sit – just a serviceable back room with a few spots to rest. not fancy, just a regular boy's bar.

you would wonder how this company could be so successful, without running any hint of an ad on television, right? but once you experience a grocery trip shopping at costco, all of your wonders are gone. it's so big, heck, you could get lost in the parking lot if you tried hard enough! there's everything from luxury dyson vacuums to freshly baked muffins the size of two humongous fists. to be honest, there's not so much variety when it comes to brand names, but with all of these items, you wouldn't need so much. so go to costco, and you're good to go!
