PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Veli is scrawny and rather small for his age, the muscles that are used for catching and killing prey are weak and show that the young lion does not hunt much. His pelt is a pale golden color while his eyes are a bright and shining grassy green. His mane is light brown in color, sticking up a little at the top of his head.

PERSONALITY:

Veli is a babysitter that is well liked by the cubs in the pridelands because of his playful and childish nature. When he babysits a cub or two he will usually be quite playful and will want to play games with the cub or even play-fight with them, hide and seek being his favorite game because there is plenty of places to hide in the Pridelands. Even when he's not babysitting he can still be quite playful, often pestering adult lions to play with him. If his requests to play are frequently denied then he will resort to tugging on the adult's ears while continually asking why they don't want to play with him.

Sometimes Veli has difficulty understanding the things he's told. He'll often stand there with a blank expression on his face until he has either grasped the concept of the idea or someone explains it to him. It is for this reason that he might be seen a bit of a bonehead. He absolutely hates being confused as it hurts his head and makes him feel as though he isn't as smart as other lions.

Veli can as well be quite affectionate towards females. Whenever he has his eye on a certain female he will wander off to talk to her or find a gift to give her such as a flower or maybe the feather of a colorful bird. He will do his absolute best to impress the female Pridelanders and becomes quite the show off. He might have a competition with other males in order to prove himself to the female. Should he fail this competition then he will stop speaking for some time and begin to seem depressive, he usually does this as a sort of punishment to himself, he usually cheers up the next day but he will be wary of the male he lost to, fearing his opponent will attempt to take his chosen female away from him.
