Canon Characters && Plot

The plot I've made required a small group of active, experienced role players with a good sense of snob. If you want, you can have two canons-but no originals. Or one canon and one original, just apply. To apply for a canon, just post in the character registration area as a GUEST with the proper form. use the stuff I put here in your personality, history, etc and just expand. If I think it's good, I'll let you post a canon. And it's probably good.  Italics means reserved. You may reserve one canon character, for limit of four days. Girls Meet the new It Clique of London School Students. Giselle Duboi - 16 year old Tainted Student Giselle is a newcomer and is a French middle child, in Wren with a partial scholarship. She's good at her music (that's how she got in to the Academy) but she is also gifted with the ability to see the past, present, and future. She's a 'Tainted' child, but she doesn't know it, and she intends to use her power to find out if there is anyone like her around the school--and hopefully get their help to find out why she has such a power. She's determined, headstrong, and she won't let anyone stop her. Marissa Daniels - 17 year old Tainted Student Marissa is a native to London and she's in a wealthy family, if a broken one. Her mother and father are divorced but reconciling and she doesn't want them to get remarried. She has an elder sibling, Jude, who is her opposite. Marissa has the ability to change emotions in the room, to make a rowdy crowd docile, and so forth. She uses it for her own situations and it comes in handy when she shoplifts--quiet though, if she finds out you know she doesn't use her money she'll put you away somehow. Selene Porter - 17 year old Student Marissa is Selene's rival. Selene is a part of a middle that's family and is on partial scholarship at Wren, which causes Marissa to jive at Selene to no end. Selene is an artsy person, preferring thrift store purchases to Harrods, but truth be told, deep down inside she'd rather be in Selene's shoes. She has dirt on Marissa--catching her shoplifting, but she hasn't told Marissa yet. Best save blackmail for when she really needs it. Jessica Holbrook- 17 year old Student Much like her brother, Jessica is a down to earth person, despite her wealth. She's a tomboy, admittedly, and a club goer. She is the only one who knows of her brothers power. She has no problem speaking her mind and putting people in their place. She's a very good singer and she's in a garage rock band. She has known Marissa since they were both toddlers and instead of actively hating each other, they just pretend as if the other doesn't exist. It's a fine line, and they prefer not to cross it. Oh screw it, who am I kidding? They want to rip each others throat out, it's only a matter of time. Ana is sort of like the outsider of the various groups of Wren. Her music ability is outstanding, though she has trouble realizing it. Ana really isn’t one to party, nor is she one to just lay back and watch everyone go on with their lives. She’s just a confused girl not knowing where her heart lies. She’s rather quite, really just an observer wanting love. Because of this, things might start getting hectic. Because she doesn’t know what she wants, she’s vulnerable. She could easily be a party-er with the girls who have sex, or be a slut with one of the more popular guys. With a pair of parents neglecting her, and the developing of her heart, will her abilities do her justice, or will her mind lead her down the wrong path? Cayden Holbrook- 17 Year old Tainted Student Smart, funny, egotistical, and admittedly dorky around his friends. He's down to earth most of them time (although his sister might say he's way in space) and he calls them like he sees them. He's attractive and is a halfway decent bass player, but his real deal is acting. Some would say its unfair he also has the uncanny photo like memory and a safety factor. Explained: Safety factor means people are safe while they are near him, no matter what. He doesn't admit he has it though. Think of it as a good luck charm. He can instantly remember things, like a photo. Of course he uses his gift to benefit himself--who wouldn't't? He likes Giselle but thinks he feelings aren't returned. Gabriel Langdon- 18 Year old Student He's the 'pony' of Wren--everyone has had a ride on him one time or another. He likes girls and they like him, simple as that. It doesn't hurt he's filthy rich. But that's how things go, isn't it? Beauty is commonly hand in hand with money. He loves partying and he's a damn good artist--that's how he got into the institute without a hitch. He doesn't think he does anything wrong--its just that people are way too stiff to appreciate life. He found out about Nicholas' little secret a few months ago, and he's jealous. That's why he plans to either get his ability, or make Nick regret he even exists. So much for friendship. Nicholas Diosta- 18 Year old Tainted Student He's the quiet 'rich' (don't tell anyone, but he hasn't been rich since he was 14. Can you say fraud?) kid with a knack for persuasion and getting good grades. Despite what people think, he does actually try to get good grades and he's an excellent pianist. He hangs out with Gabriel because they've been friends for ages, but lately Gabriel has been acting way too fucked up for Nicholas' taste. He secretly likes Giselle and thinks she's sweet. Unfortunately he's dating Marissa and can't do much about his feelings. He has the ability to project small illusions for a short period of time. Cool, right? Not. Gabriel knows about it and unless Nicholas finds out how to quiet him, he's stuck being Gabe's doll. He's your regular dirty Russian artist (of course, he's also has french blood in him) except he's drop dead gorgeous. He's Gabriel's rival for the hottest guy in Wren and they'd cheerfully destroy each others lives if they could. Adrian is the poor troublemaker but what he lacks in responsibility is more than makes up for in his artistic skills. He got into Wren for his photography skills as well as design. He has dirt on everyone in Wren, and try as they might people just can't figure out how he gets it. Oh well, they just haven't discovered he can melt into shadows--any shadow. He doesn't have many close friends--Gabriel has made sure of that--but no one has the balls to say they're his enemy, either. They'd rather keep their reproductive organs, thanks. They're all completely different--except for one thing. They all have secrets, and sooner or they'll have to 'fess up. Each have a dark past only their parents know about and it's only a matter of time before they find out about it. Yesterdays sins have come back to haunt.
