Lycans


James Boscarelli [Bosco]
Born in 1918, turned at 15. Now ulfric. Wife: Morgan, Kids: Will (25), Angelina (22), and Elena (20); Sister: Detective Savoy. Always has been a crusader of sorts, killing murderers and rapists that the police overlooked since the 40's. During Prohibition, he was one of the most prolific bootleggers in city history. He has a strong sense of honor, dignity, and pride. He's never been caught, and there is absolutely no case against him. His sister, Detective Savoy, is always on his case. He rules fairly, but wants to keep his place above all, so pack favor is always on his mind. He values life, and is a firm believer in the "eye for an eye" rule. Can't stand Francisco. He's Italian; speaks Italian, Spanish, and Russian fluently. Brown hair, brown eyes, looks a lot like Colin Farrell. Always in a silk shirt and slacks, always wearing a gold cross. Still a strict Catholic. Worked as an informant in the city up until Gunther's reign. He didn't much like Gunther. Raised Bo from age 16.


Francisco Garcia
Leader of the Blood Mill since its creation. He's a hybrid between a werejaguar and a werewolf. Parents: Charlie and Jeanie, Sister: Rose. One of the first generation of hybrids and incredibly powerful for only being 21. He has some abilities that were previously thought to be only available to vampires; such as what he calls "schmoozing". He can also fight the change on the full moon, though he still has to shift at least once a month or his beast goes ballistic. He's a powerful speaker, able to turn a crowd to his cause easily. He calls it "talking pretty". He's secretly dating Bosco's daughter, Elena. He hates Will with a passion. His mill is one based on violence (hence the name), and causes all sorts of riots to bring attention to the issue of hybrids. They know sit-ins won't do a damn thing. He's got an incredibly short temper, and is rather violent, except when Elena is around. He turns into Jell-O when that happens. He's of distinctly latin descent, and most of the ladies consider him incredibly handsome. His hair hangs to his shoulders, and he follows most casual-punk styles.


Haru Nakamura
A hybrid lycan that claims to have been made rather than born, another theoretical impossibility. He owns the biggest liquor-shipping company on the planet, and is a billionaire. He's very powerful and seems to be holding a grudge for somebody in the coven. Black hair and green eyes.


Abraham DeLouise [O'Malley]
Born in France in the 1970's, his parents were the character designers of the Aristocats. His sister's name is Marie, his brothers are Toulouse and Berloiz, and he's named after Abraham DeLacy Guiseppe Casey Thomas O'Malley, O'Malley the alleycat. It was fitting that he became a tiger lycan at the age of 16. He'd dropped out of school and left his family behind, coming to San Francisco. He still doesn't know who made him. He became a dominant lycan, able to hold his own, but as soon as he found out what happened to the submissive lycans that weren't in some sort of pack, he created a program to help submissives that were in trouble. He owns six apartment buildings rented out specifically to lycans in trouble and is technically the leader of all of them. He does his best to rehabilitate them. He's one of Bosco's allies, as he reluctantly commands a force around 4,000 random lycans. Wife: Vera, Kids: Calliope, Penelope, Daphne. He's not a big fan of Francisco, since his numbers dropped when the mills came about, but he prefers Francisco over Will. Black hair and hazel eyes, scruffy.


Bohumil Kovazh [Bo]
Father of the first recorded hybrid in history. Bo is a born werebear, a very big guy from Russia that Bosco raised from the age of 16. Wife: Sophie, Kids: Luka and Naomi. He was Bosco's second bodyguard/hitman. In the 1960's he fell in love with Sophie, a wererat associate of Bosco's. She turned him inside out when she broke up with him after six years of a relationship. The relationship was salvaged in 2005, and they've been together ever since. Luka was considered a miracle to them. There were complications with Naomi though, and Bo had to lend her some of his lifeforce in order for her to live. It only caused a closer relationship. He's fiercely protective of his family and gave up the mobster life with Bosco. He still works for Bosco, but now he's doing the non-dangerous stuff, to Sophie's liking. Brown hair and eyes, very big guy.


Tracy Renn [Tray]
Bosco's freki (second-in-command), and bodyguard/hitman. Wife: Faith, Kids: Zeke and Rachel. Bosco took an immediate liking to Tray when he took over the pack and made him freki the first chance that he got. He has a contract with Bosco about being his right-hand-man when it comes to the side-business. He's usually the one doing the dirty work, though he doesn't mind it. Faith doesn't ask details because she knows better, and it's kind of hard to hide it from the kids but he manages. He's got broad shoulders and a small waist, brown hair and eyes. He's become good friends with Bosco over the years. Zeke is his adopted son, Rachel his biological daughter. He fell in head-over-heels with Faith after a whirlwind romance involving a string of "one"-night stands.


Morgan Boscarelli [Morg]
Bosco's lupa and wife. Husband: Bosco, Kids: Will, Angelina, and Elena. She's never been very powerful, since Bosco turned her before she had the chance to die on him after their house had been attacked. A week after that, he proposed to her, though they'd been in their relationship for a year. He accidentally got her medical liscense yanked in the process. Since then, she's been the clan's medic instead, and has been trying to get the city to open a lycan hospital. Their relationship is rocky but steady more often, and its very obvious that they love each other. Though she was hesitant to get more active in the pack as lupa at first, she's warmed up to the idea and can throw her weight around as much as Bosco can. Dark brown hair and hazel-gray eyes.


Noah Regannes
Francisco's jefe. Wife: Lorraine, Kids: Fernando and Laura. He's Francisco's best friend, mentor, and second-in-command at the mill. He's a werejaguar, though his children are hybrids. He's always been curious about hybrid abilities, and Francisco's always been happy to oblige his questions. Francisco saved his life five years ago and he's been indebted to him since. Francisco's the godfather of his children, and Fernando's even named after him. Lorraine doesn't like Francisco at all but Noah seems clueless about that. He's a fighting ring veteran, though he doesn't fight much anymore. He has golden-brown hair and hazel eyes, and a large build. He's intimidating without having to do anything, but his personality is teddy-bear-like. He'll do anything for anyone that asks nicely, so long as their motives are good. He's slow to anger, though once he gets there, it's hard to get him back. He's incredibly protective of Francisco and his family.


Tanovstreusz Kovazh [Tank]
Bo's cousin. Born in the 1950's in a rural farm in Montana. His family fell victim to an anti-lycan coalition called Project Farmer. Since then, he's been an advocate for lycan rights. He's a public speaker and has a lot of sway over public opinion. He's a born werebear like Bo. Wife: Kat, Kids: Jaro and Egan. He doesn't much like Bosco, but given the choice between he and any other ulfric, he'll choose Bos. Brown hair and blue eyes, and a build as big as Bo's.


Jacinta Orzo-Wilson
Bosco's hati, or enforcer. Husband: Dakota, Kids: Cheyenne. She was born in Brazil and was once a supermodel, but was mauled by a photographer during a photoshoot and wound up as a jobless lycan. She'd met Gunther at a luncheon the year before and decided to go to San Francisco. There, she had a short romance with Caleb, and then a lengthier one with Dakota. Their relationship is steady but rocky at times, and they argue a lot. Still, most of the arguments end in bed. She's never quite forgiven Bosco for taking Dakota's place as skoll from him, but still follows orders.


Kade Higgins-Garnier
Bosco's "niece", she was raised by the pack after her family abandoned her at the age of four when she'd been attacked by a werewolf. She called Marcus "daddy" and wound up hating Gunther. He kicked her out of the clanhouse at 19, but when Gunther died, she moved right back in. She's always had the largest room at the clanhouse, but moved out when she had her son, Trevor, with Andy. Husband: Andy, Kids: Trevor, Emma, Oliver, and another bun in the oven. They're quite prolific. She hears that she's the most prolific lycan mother in history, since most lycans end up with complications during the first birth, the second at latest. She's had two successful pregnancies, kids born on time, and healthy, and one of them was a set of twins. Doctors speculate that it's because she's been a lycan for so long a time. She's the lead singer of a band called the Moonies and she's usually got the most sway over the younger generations of lycans and their opinions.


Faith Renn
Kade's best friend and "den mother" to the clan. Husband: Tray. Kids: Zeke and Rachel. She was turned by accent when she hemorraghed during labor with Zeke. It resulted in both of them being lycans, but neither seem to mind. She's been friends with Kade since they were in high school. She plays the drums in Kade's band. She's Puerto-Rican, and her Latin descent has paid her looks well. She hasn't spoken to her parents in a long while, since they disowned her for getting herself pregnant when she was 18 with Zeke. She's strong and very matriarchal. She runs things around the clanhouse, and it is her domain. She, Tray, and Rachel live on the top story of the clanhouse still. She's not very strong as far as lycan standards go, but most of the clan still loves her like a second mother, and she adores her job. Dark red curly hair, very curvy, hazel eyes.


Dakota Wilson
He was once the somewhat ulfric of the pack, because he did kill Gunther, but it had been with the help of a lot of guys in the pack. He was also once very close to Kade, like brother and sister. She saw him as more of a potential lifemate, and he didn't. He dated Jacinta, and they had a break once where he drank himself stupid and nearly raped Kade. That got her off his back and changed the entirety of the relationship. He's never really forgiven himself for that, but he's on alright standards with most of the pack. When Bosco came in, he was bumped down to freki, but now he's back to skoll. He doesn't have complaints, but Jacinta does. His little brother is terrified of lycans since he was attacked as a child. Wife: Jacinta. Kid: Cheyenne.


Andy Garnier
Once the ultimate nerd of the pack, Andy has always been an oddball. For a long while he had a fake leg, until Kade figured out how to get his beast to regenerate it. He's still a huge oddball, but on a quieter scale since Kade smoothed him out. He's a great musician, guitarist for Kade's band. Dirty blonde hair and turquoise blue eyes, and somehow amazing in bed (according to Kade). His relationship with his eldest son is constantly on the rocks, though Emma is the biggest daddy's girl you've ever seen, and Oliver is his mini-me. Wife: Kade. Kids: Trevor, Emma, Oliver, and another bun in the oven. Sister: Jeanie.


William Tanner [Will] (deceased)
Bosco's original hitman/bodyguard, and a childhood friend. He was a big guy, short black hair and gray eyes with a sweet face but a mean right hook. He was a wolf lycan, the first that Bosco ever turned. He died in 1978, working for Bosco when he got shot. Bo took over his position. He never had kids, though he was married for a time. When he refused to give up the job he had with Bosco, she left him.

Vampires


Jacob
Born in the 1400's in France, turned at 21 by Valentine St. Claire. Master Vampire of the City of San Miedo since 2006. No known children, though has a technical step-son that hates him. Brother: Caleb. Lover: Yaya. He's Yaya and Dianna's maker. He rules fairly, but violently. He's constantly underestimated, and that's exactly his angle. He loves acting like he's a human. He's a daywalker, and can eat actual food in small doses. For a vampire of his age, he's retained his humanity surprisingly well (or he's a great actor). Abandoned for dead by Valentine when he was 200, he trained with other master vampires to speed up his power acquiration and grew stronger than his maker, enough to kill her. He's very powerful, and not yet hit his plateau. Once tried to build up an immunity to silver, unsuccessfully, and still bears the scars on his arms. His vampiric abilities include teleportation (used incredibly sparingly), throwing his aura, and screwing around with his voice. He can also project himself very well. Icy blue eyes, black hair to his shoulderblades, usually tied back. His style of clothing fits in with most age-20 crowds.


Valentine St. Claire [Val]
Born in the 900's, turned at 27. Children: Aidan. Master Vampire of the City of San Miedo up until 2006 when Jacob killed her. She technically died. Technically. Her main power had been travelling, but she had never advertised that ability. Still, the theory had been that when her body died, she'd be gone, but that wasn't the case. When she died, she travelled into the body of a cat and bided her time. She tried to enter Emile's mind but to no avail. The girl was a brick wall. When Emile died, Val offered her the power to stay alive and she took it, turning herself into an unwilling schizophrenic. Valentine usually stays dormant in Emile's head, happy to just be in a body, but occasionally forces Emile to do things she may not want to do, saying that she owes her. Was a fiery redhead with green eyes, pale and shapely and gorgeous. She used that to her own advantage, and was never real popular with anyone. Has a mild history with Soren. Her old master, Taban, occasionally comes around the coven to cause trouble.


Caleb
Born in the 1400s, turned when he was 17. Brother: Jacob, Lover: Emile. He was the reason that Valentine turned Jacob; he'd begged for familiar company. He fell in love with Valentine as well as Emile, though they were two different kinds of love. He vied for Val's approval and attention, while it was equal with Emile. Somewhat of an infatuation with Valentine. He was her occasional lover, and her second-in-command. He's still Jacob's second-in-command. He hates Soren with a fiery passion for killing Emile, and will never forgive him. He hates Valentine for taking Emile from him, and its kind of awkward between them now. He still loves Emile, though it's usually an abusive relationship. He's tried to kill himself several times and is mildly insane. He has his moments of incredible lucidity but can be on a huge downward spiral in a moment's notice. He can "read" the power of other vampires. Dark brown hair and gray blue eyes, looks a lot like a younger version of Jacob.


Emile deu Vonsais
Born in the 1600's as a French lord's daughter. She was transfixed by Valentine when she blew into town, as was the rest of the city. While the vampires were there, she fell in love with Jacob and begged to be turned. Valentine did it for him since he hated biting humans. Emile thought she'd made a mistake, and refused to bite humans. She instead would bite Jacob or Caleb. Originally she was Jacob's lover, but it faded quickly and she instead went for his brother, causing Jacob to loathe her for a real long time. Caleb and she seemed to be meant for each other. There was just one thing in their way. Valentine. Emile fell in love with her too, did all of her bidding, and became her Punisher for the coven. Bright blue eyes and curly platinum blonde hair, a cutesy look about her and not quite beautiful. She's rather small as well. She "died" in 2004, came back with Jacob when he took over, and when Jacob "died", Yaya took over and that same night, was killed by Soren. Caleb has never forgiven him. Valentine took over her body and let her live though.


Yaya Nakamura
The first vampire that Jacob ever made. Born in the 1600's in Japan and eloped to France with her artist lover. Her husband died, and she never speaks about her son's fate (though Jacob knows all about it). She was living on the streets when Jacob found her. They became lovers and he offered to turn her. She accepted and was an eager student when it came to biting humans. Jacob tried to teach her a respect for humanity that she didn't want to learn, and she soon left him. She was in Valentine's coven when he came, and was one of the first people to join his cause. She's been his third-in-command for a very long time, and became his lover again after Lucy died. It's been that way for a long time. Her son, Haru, is around again, and she has many, many grandchildren. She's not big on vampiric power, but has a lot of physical ability; speed, agility, skill, strength, etc. Worked as an assassin for awhile. Black hair and green eyes, small build.


Dianna Presley
Jacob's most recent creation. She was born in the 1980's and had a whirlwind relationship with Aidan on the east coast before moving to San Francisco. She was the vargamour for the Nightstalker Clan, until a whirlwind of events including Jacob's "death" at Aidan's hand ended up with her dead. Jacob brought her back as a vampire, the only thing that he could do since it was technically his fault that she'd died in the first place. She's never been happy about being a vampire, and she'll only bite a very small number of people. She's been in love with Soren for years, though the relationship is rocky. Jacob seems to love her like a sister or perhaps a daughter, and is incredibly protective of her as well. The Twins seem to be good companions to her as well. She's still technically in the pack but is most of the way shunned by them.


Lucy (deceased)
Born in the 1400s in the very same town as Jacob. They were teenage sweethearts for a time, but when Jacob was turned he left her behind, not wanting to hurt her. By some twist of fate, someone else turned her. She ended up in Jacob's city the night before he killed Valentine. They returned to being lovers. For a year they were happy, with their loose relationship allowing for a lot of room for improvement. They were allowed to screw other people but not love. When Jacob "died" in 2006, she lost her will to live along with him. She was killed by Jason, Soren's right-hand-man. Jacob is constantly tempted to kill Jason. She had auburn hair and hazel eyes.


The Twins
Broderick and Brogan were born as Irish royalty 2,000 years ago. Both are older than the entirety of the vampire council, but are eternally teenagers that don't really care for power. They use what they have, but don't want a place of authority and that much is clear. They work for who's convenient, and for now that's Jacob. Before it was Jacob, it was Ayda, a bitch of a necromancer that took several vampires and lycans under her control. They killed her. They're daywalkers. Broderick can travel, Brogan can project thoughts, and both can "schmooze", or project emotions onto a crowd and twist their voices. They're both incredibly powerful, and definitely not people to fuck with. Broderick has an incredible mind for planning, though Brogan will usually point out the flaws in said plan. Together, they move as one being. Separate, they can't seem to function for more than a day or so. They have an incredibly close relationship that might seem weird to some. Both have bright red hair, Broderick has cobalt blue eyes and Brogan has emerald green. They find it hilarious that Francisco's name is Francisco and insist on calling him Pancho.


Cheveyo
Born in the 1400's and turned by an Aztec vampire just after the Conquistadors arrived in Central America. He was an Iriquois chief, an Indian. He still retains that regal look. He was once part of Ayda's crew. The Twins call him Chevy, and at times it's unclear as to whether they're friends or if they hate each other. He's quiet and reserved, but takes orders well from Jacob. He's the most trusted person in the coven to Jacob, next to Yaya. He hates Valentine with a passion. He manages to be scary without even saying anything. Black hair, brown eyes, no living family.


Taban
Valentine's maker. Not much is known about his history or age, but they do know that he's incredibly weak. He couldn't even take Valentine on, and so he's never caused much trouble. He occasionally comes to cause mischief around the coven, but Jacob's constant death threats keep his visits short. Jacob can't stand him, and very few of the rest of the coven give him much leeway either. Auburn hair, gray-brown eyes, angular face.


Duncan
He answers the door at the coven. He's old enough to be a daywalking vampire but still very weak and generally pushed around by the entirety of the coven. He doesn't talk very much and isn't friendly at all. Dark, greasy hair, gray eyes.
