Rules

Double-Posting:
When you post after yourself or posting twice in a row. Usually done by people who want to bump topics. You can only Double Post if your post has some relevence to your topic, such as wanting to bump up an art topic to show you have new stuff.

Necroposting:
This is posting in a topic that hasn't had a reply in 14 days. To check if it is past 14 days, look at the last post there is a date at the top, compare it with the date that you have currently, if it is over 14 days, do not post. And try to avoid posting near 14 days please. You're only allowed to necropost if you have something relevent to post in the topic.

Flaming: This is insulting another member, like 'Screw you' or 'whatever you'. It does not matter if you are an admin, mod, superior, member,peon, you do NOT have the right to insult ANYONE, that also means no insulting others behind their back by PM, Chatroom, or other people in other forums. Even when someone flames you, DO NOT flame back. If you are flamed, then PM a moderater or admin so they can punish them for you.

Trolling:
This involves post not directly insulting a member but rather asking for an insult. Trolls are usually indirect insults, referring to a certain member's bad point and taunting a member for the sole purpose of sparking a fight.

Posting in the right topic:
That means if you are trying to post something about Tales of Symphonia, post in the Tales of Symphonia Topic. No where else, same goes for the others, if you do not know where else to post, try Spam-Land or PM a staff member.

Giving Constructive Criticism or Commentary:
When someone posts their fanart, or sprites, do not say 'Your sprites sucks' or 'Mine's are way better', you're supposed to comment, not insult them. Rather you should say, 'The arm of the sprite contrasts too much with the body' or something like 'The shading is done incorrectly, but still good'. Same should apply to fanart and fan fiction. If your comments are too harsh it will make them angry.

Advertising
You may NOT advertise, unless we say it's okay, and it HAS to be a link only, no images, and do not advertise other Tales Forums. Ask an admin before you post a link. You also need 200 posts before you advertise at all because we refuse to have a member who registers for the sole purpose of advertising.

How to change titles
PM an administrator if you truly want it changed, we might give one just for fun. ;)

Asking for promotion:
If you ask to be a mod/admin/superior, 100% of the time, we will say no. And you may not even be promoted ever. Never.
