The setting of the RPG is present day, in the fictional town of Willowvale on Khyra Island, just south of the Orre Region.

As the trees turn the color of flames and the air cools down again, students can be found relucantly trading in their shorts and tanks for scarves and jeans. Blankets of rust colored leaves cover the ground, despite the best efforts of the school's faculty, and as summer leaves, students can be found looking exhausted as the more rigorous classes kick back in session.
