WSA ROLEPLAY FAQ’S
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL NAME OF THE SCHOOL? In the United States school database, the school is called Wellington Academy for the Exceptionally Gifted. It’s actual name when founded with the government was Wellington Spy Academy, and that is it’s true name. WHY IS THE SCHOOL CALLED WELLINGTON? The founder and first headmaster's last name was Wellington. WHERE IS THE SCHOOL LOCATED? The school is located in a specific part of rural Fairmont, West Virginia. No one but the necessary people know where it is. Family and friends are not permitted to know. WHAT IS THE SCHOOL MASCOT? The school mascot is a ferret that is snow white except for the very tips of his fur, which are a deep, dingy gray. WHAT ARE THE SCHOOL COLORS? The school colors are jade green and pale yellow. The hex codes are as follows: jade green — #D9E99B; pale yellow — #FFF8BA. WHAT IS THE STUDENT DRESS CODE? Answered bellow general FAQ section in detail. WHAT IS THE ADVANCED CLASS DRESS CODE? When standing in front of the main building, facing it: the girls’ dorms are in the older building to the left, the boys in the older building to the back. The advanced class and the staff have single rooms on the right wing of the main building. The top floor advanced class, the bottom floor staff. WHAT DOES A DORM LOOK LIKE? Single room with two beds and a bathroom. The room is a good size and the beds are all full. Enough room for a closet each, a dresser each, a chest each, and a desk each. WHAT DOES AN ADVANCED CLASS/STAFF’S ROOM LOOK LIKE? A single room is slightly bigger than the door rooms with a full bed, a dresser, chest, desk, a bathroom. DOES A STUDENT HAVE TO TAKE ALL CLASSES? Yes. All students have to take the standard curriculum. No, students cannot take Advanced Classes until after graduating and even then must test into it and be accepted into the Advanced Training Program. DOES A STUDENT HAVE TO GO ON TO ADVANCED CLASSES AFTER GRADUATING? No, but it is highly encouraged. ARE STUDENTS ALLOWED TO DISCUSS CLASSES ON SOCIAL NETWORKS LIKE TWITTER, ETC? Your standard classes are permitted but as this is a spy school, your clandestine courses must be kept secret. Any student violating this rule will be suspended which in spy terms does not equal good things. Feel free to use this as an exercise in Assimilation class. WHAT IS THE MAZE? The Maze is, in fact, what it sounds like. A hedge maze on the grounds that is equipped with trigger mechanisms and hazardous obstacles. It is used for training our operatives to be the best and to get out of any situation. Most exercises in The Maze are competitions with the winning team being excused from any and all details for a week. WHAT ARE DETAILS? Details are manual labor procedures assigned as a punishment. Details vary from grounds keeping to kitchen duty to cleaning bathrooms. It's one of several disciplinary measures taken by the Headmaster and Wellington Spy Academy.
WELLINGTON SPY ACADEMY DRESS CODE
Boys: Jade green blazer and/or sweater vest, white dress shirt, jade and yellow striped tie, dark grey uniform pants, and black dress shoes. Girls: Jade green blazer and or/sweater vest, white dress shirt (long or short sleeves), jade and yellow striped tie, yellow and dark grey plaid skirt, and black heels, boots, or dress shoe of some kind. Teachers: Professional, fit for subject matter. Staff: Casual dress, fit for job.
These are the typical clothes worn most of the time. Obviously allowances are made for specific classes or duties that may require a change in dress code (i.e. workout clothes for P.E.). Civilian clothes may be worn during free time and on weekends.
