Kustom Freak Group: Volksrods Member Posts: 347 Member No.: 314 Joined: 10-August 07	Lada Riva Woody Estate!! The car is a 1991 1500cc 5 speed. MOT April 2013 / Tax Oct 2012 PRICE IS Ł750 (no offers please its now rock bottom!!) As you can see it's not your average lada! The car is so much fun especially when people are trying to work out what the hell it is! It comes with all previous paperwork from the 1 previous owner including service history upto 19000 miles. Its only covered 28K in total! The wood panels on the side are simply Fablon self adhesive sheets ( for recovering tables and stuff (Wilko's)). They look awsome and at a first glance they look pretty real. Recently the car has been treated to a new alternator and clutch and only had a slight blow on the exhaust as an advisory on its latest mot. The bodywork is in pretty good condition for a lada of this year and I have shown the worst bits in the last few photos. Wings are very cheap to buy and just bolt on but I like the look so ive just left them (gaffer tape at mot time though to cover the sharp edge). The car is used daily to travel an 18 mile round trip. It drives like a LADA!!! (doesnt sway on the suspension much now due to it being lowered). There are as you would expect rattly bits of trim, not exactly instant response from the steering, random noises, manual choke that can be a bit tricky to master, a whurring noise from the gearbox at low revs (been like that since I bought it and never caused a problem or got any worse) but the car never fails to get me there or anywhere ive ever been in her!! Engine sounds pretty good for a 21 year old lada and runs quite happily at 75mph on a motorway. All in all this car is a lot of fun and attracts a lot of attention, its not perfect but if you are anything like me you will love it! They are getting pretty darn rare now and I'm sure this is one of the better ones. ANY TEST DRIVE WELCOME AND ADVISED. Call me on 07817 839750 to arrange. Located at retford, notts.
