* - Arrow Squad- highly trained soldiers used for Council protection, and infiltration. Espionage. Most Psy are afraid of them.** - Blood Moon Pack- Started by a set of twins, sole survivors of a rogue pack that was destroyed by the Dark River pack for retaliation of an earlier attack. Children of a member of the rogue pack and a curious Psy's experiment, they gain permission to enter other territories and perform in cities. The male is alpha and will accept any changeling, or human into the pack if they perform and need to join. The female is a Cardinal E Psy who uses her voice and dance to help others emotionally heal.
