Ruby ran a brush threw the brown hair of the girl she had taken over, well it was her body now but still. She walked outside with her black jacket, a white shirt and blue jeans, leaving her flat to come met Sam, she had not seen him in a few days and she did worry about him when she didnt hear from him. He told her to met her here at some Abandonded Warehouse why she didnt know she just knew thats where he said.

She walked into the place and looked around it looked old as if no one had been there in a good fifty years, witih spider webs around everywhere. It was dark and the glass looked as if it could use a really good cleaning. She wasnt surprised though for its age it did look old but still could have been fixed up.


She pulled out her cell seeing if he called no nothing. she sighed and thought about sending him a text or something. she figured he had to get away from dean probly She sat down and waited for him to show up. She saw a spiader run by and another seemed to find its way on her finger she blinked and moved then stepped on the spider and rolled her eyes. She didnt like bugs and yet she never was scared of them. She just like to kill them from time to time for no reason that was ruby for ya.

She waited and wondered what was going on it wasnt like sam to make her wait longer to met up with him normally he called and he was there when she got there or minutes after. She figured she'd wait alittle longer before texting him to see where he was.

Alot of things had happened in the four months since Dean's deaht and now that his brother was back Sam seriuolsy couldnt ahve been happier. But he also needed to talk to ruby. needed to talk to her about what the two of them were going to do now Dean was back. Also he needed to warn her especially since there was an angel walking around burning eyes out of there sockets. Sam didnt want that to happen to Ruby.

It took ages for Dean to go to sleep and then he sent the message telling ruby where to meet him. he was half wa yout the door when dean woke up again and asked him where he thought he was going. Sam had to explain he was going to get some food. although he doubted that his brother would believe him. but when dean had put in a request for pie and then rolled over and gone back to sleep sam left imediatly.

He had stolen a volkswagon from the paring lot of the chucky chees across from the motel and driven the ten minutes thrugh traffic to meet Ruby at the ware house. he parked out in the deserted street and went iinside.

Ruby nodded when didn't dean talk alot, Ruby wondered at times if dean ever did shut his mouth. nothing against him but there was always something comming out of it, even if it was a smart comment or stupid pick up line.

which was true she got useto having to wait longer for him because of Dean knowing he had to sneak away from his brother thought she really was glad that Dean was back for Sam's sake. She looked at him and smiled.

she jumped down from where she was sitting and walked over to him. She smirked at the whole stealing a car thing she like that little bad side of him not completely evil but just a cute reblish side. what girl didnt like that in a guy.

Sam couldn't quite figure out how to explian Dean and Bobby's revelations to her. Coz well quite frankly although the iwhole thing was proof that god existed it also kind of rasied questions and after all the winchesters had been through he had begun to serioulsy doubt teh fact that there was anyone out there listening.

But now sam was worried for Ruby. if angels were real and they were destroying demon's what would they do when they finally crossed paths. dean had already told him that Ruby's knife had done nothing.

Ruby raised a eyebrow. She sighed and shook her head. well this was just great angels? now she had a reason to be scared of coruse they would kill her in a heartbeat she was a demon, there was no changing that.

She sighed anoyed now, scared which wasnt normal for her, she didnt fear to much but angels was the top on her list. She looked at him knowing if he sided with them becasue of Dean being saved then she would be nothing but a memory.

Ruby looked down she wasn't one to admit her feeling for him, she did care about him and wanted to help him more then anything. she loved him but that was hard for a demon to admit, specailly Ruby who was outcast by other demons and went against Lilith to be with Sam of coruse she hated Lilith but that wasnt the point.

Sam smiled just slightly well she took it a little better than he had expected her too. maybe even better than he had when Dean had told him. at least she was still there. she hadn't just gotten the hell out of dodge.

Sam saw her slump as she looked at the floor. he couldnt say he blamed her for wnting to leave. he grabbed her hand tilting his head to the side and rubbing his thumbs across her knuckles and teh back of her hand. he looked down too and the nhe moved so that he could see her eyes.

Sam knew it was far more complicated than that if the angels were looking to smite demons then Ruby wasnt safe and he didnt want her any where near where teh angel could do anything. but he didntwant her to leave either. he still needed her

Ruby looked at him for a moment, and even if she was scared and wanted to run she for some reason felt safe with him, as if the angels couldnt hurt her. She couldnt explain it. maybe it had to do with her feelings she wasnt sure.

She meant that too, every word as long as he needed her and as long as she was able to be there for him. She ran her hand along the side of his face and not really thinking she kissed him. Well it wasnt the first time she did that she already had been with him a few times now but she heard he had a moment with Jo and she pulled away.

She wasnt sure who he wanted and that hurt because even if she was a demon she was in love with him, she knew the feelings, having her humanity.She steped back and leaned against the wall.

she was scared that was clear but she still looked at him. then if they should come for me, i want you to know something. and i mean it with all of my heart and soul...

She was even more scared to throw her words out and even go there that she lvoed him but what choice did she have, she wanted him to know incase she was killed soon she wanted him to know she loved him. She bit her lip and took a deep breath.

Sam smiled. he wanted her to stay he wouldnt be standing there right now if it had not been for Ruby. she ahd saved him from himself his self destructive spiral if she hadn't have saved him there would have been only bobby for dean to return to.

She kissed him and it was like an electric current flowing through him.but she pulled away almost as quickly like something was wrong.

Sam wasnt sure where ruby was going with this especially since she had just said she was staying maybe she just assumed that as angels they would just go after her.

Ruby nodded and sighed softly looking at him. How oculd he udnerstand the fear she had of the Angels, every Demon well every lower class Demon was scared of Angels, it wasnt the fact that she was worried but she knew they didnt question the demons they killed.

That was something she would only admit to him the storng brave fearless Ruby was actally scared of something, She risked everything for him her feeling and knowing her helping him to the angels was worng, they would hate her for helping and consider her in the way.

She asked well considering last time she saw Dean was right before Lilith took over her body oh how that pissed her off and sending her back to Hell she only got out again promising to Kill Sam but in return she didn't kill him she just wanted to be with him and help him.

Sam didn't thnk he had ever seen Ruby like this before. she looked.... well she looked lost her large brown eyes downcast and full of uncertainty. He understood why she would scared hell these Angels burnt your eyeballs out fo your head just when you saw them. if they were actually looking to destroy a demon the thoght of what the ywere capable of was almost frightening.

He stepped clsoer and thread his arms around her pulling her to him. he looked down into her dark eyes seeing a sea of uncertainty so he lifted her up. lifted her to his lips and he kissed her, hard and passionately.

Im not going to Let anything happen to you

He wasn't sure ti was really something he could promise but he would do everyhting he could to keep it. Just hoped he could be more successful with this promise than the promise to save his brother
