MAIN RULES OF THE FORUM:

These are basically the same as they are on site so it shouldn't be that hard to fallow.

1. This forum, like misticpets, is to be kept clean, when I say that I mean no adult conversations, role plays or links. Think PG 13. If we find you breaking this rule you will be removed from the site and society! Nothing will be tolerated!

2. Language, again no cursing or anything foul, its not allowed and you will be warned and later removed if you cant watch your language in this forum.

3 No spamming or flooding, This is posting links, outside advertising, posting useless replies with no information, or short reply’s remember misticpets requires at least a 5 word reply, were not so strict here but make sure its got a point to it.

4 Bumping topics is not aloud, this is when you add new comments to your topic to bump it up the list, they wont disappear here like they do on site, there really is no reason why you would need to bump, its not a serious rule but it gets a little annoying and will end up looking like spam.

5 Please don’t bring everyday drama to this forum, argue or insult others. Chatting is fine, but arguments need to stay private, if an admin sees arguing, insulting behavior, flooding, spamming, or anything inappropriate, you will be warned depending on severity. If we find it a continuing problem then you will eventually be removed from the society and banned from the forum.

6 If you see someone doing something wrong please don’t take matters into your own hands, giving friendly warnings are fine, but harassing the wrong doer will only get you into trouble as well. If you see someone ignoring the rules please let an admin know and we will take care of it.

7 If you have a problem and would like to talk about it please do so by mail, either here or on site, my mail is always open and I usually always reply within 24 hours, even if i don’t I WILL when I get back.

8. To TRY and prevent characters becoming “idle” for lack of a better word, I would like if you kept the max at about 6 characters per person, but please remember to create only the ones you want to actively play. If characters become unused for to long then they may be removed. of course you will be warned before this happens. If you already have 6 characters but you want another, you will need to remove one, you can do this by killing them, or “moving” this means they didn’t die but they have left (this is good if there's a possibility you may want to use them again). PLEASE do not just “delete” a character unless it was never used.

9. Stick to time lines and locations. when you start a new role play, your responsible for informing people about things like, approximate time of day (morning, noon, night, or be more specific if you want), sticking to the seasons or V.o.M (this will be listed up top so its easy to see and remember), lastly, keep your role plays in the right bored, for example, you cant be swimming around the river if your role play is in the desert section ;-), we understand “quick trips”, but if we notice the majority of the role play is happening in the wrong area it will be moved and you will be warned.


10. Please use, or try to use correct spelling. Everyone makes mistakes but if you appear to just be lazy then you will be warned to clean up your spelling, its hard for people to understand whats going on with tones or errors. This includes punctuation, writing a long reply can be really confusing without any punctuation defining it.

11. This Forum's language is English, no one should have to translate what your saying. small (translated) blurbs are ok but if your speaking in majority then you will receive a warning. This includes "chat speak" when you substitute letters for numbers or other symbols, and when you alternate letter cases "lIkE tHiS"

12. no playing or killing other characters without the others permission. This also includes injury's, small things are ok but you cant like permanently injure someone else unless you have permission.

13. No playing god! this means, your character has unlimited powers and ability's and basically is unstoppable, its no fun for anyone else, and its a lil rude when you don't give the other an opportunity to defend itself

14. when entering into an existing thread, PLEASE read all the post before yours so that you know whats going on, also make sure its not private, some people role plays just for themselves and a few others and no other characters are welcome, if you really want to be a part of the thread then mail the creator and ask permission.

15. Time lines, please pay attention to them! if your character is featured in one plot and they show up in another going on at the same time things get confusing, also say your character has a kid or something (example) and you go to a plot that took place before your character had a kid and you are playing your present day character it gets confusing as well.
