1. As always, respect is our number one rule: Be respectful of members and guests and leave IC drama where it belongs - in character. If you ever have any issues with anything, please PM an admin first before bringing it into the cbox or onto the site.

2. The cbox is not for advertising. Do not post links to other sites in it and don't spam it with your character's plotter, want ad, or anything else character related. Please keep touchy topics like religion, politics, and sexual comments out of the cbox - this is something that guests read as well as the members and we want to keep it civil!

3. If you are a new member, post only in the application sections. Do not post anywhere else until your character has been accepted. Only accepted characters should post in the face claim, who's who, and plotter sections.

4. There is no word count at V3 but we do expect you to match the length of your writing partner's posts and make an effort to stay away from one liners. All IC posts should be written in third person.

5. We consider our site rated Mature for sexual content, blood and gore, and coarse language. All threads that contain excessive amounts of any of these should be marked [M].

1. NAMES

Please register with your character's first and last name in ALL CAPS. Do not add titles to your character name even if they are a noble or knight. When it comes to choosing names, we encourage using names with a Medieval or Medieval fantasy bent (think LOTR, ASOIAF, and even Hunger Games for naming styles).

2. FACES

On V3 we are allowing models, musicians, and actors. Please do not use famous people from social media (youtube stars, myspace or vampire freaks people, lookbook people). At V3 a model is someone who does catwalk shows or high end campaign ads (meaning ones that can be seen in magazines and billboards) who work with an established modeling agency. Models with only a model mayhem page are prohibited. If you're unsure about a face claim, please ask an admin for clarification!


3. APPLICATIONS

Before applying, make sure you at least skim through our content to get a good feel for the site and setting. Extensive knowledge of the Medieval and Middle Ages is not required and neither is knowledge of the ASOIAF series.

Put your application in the INCOMPLETE forum if it's unfinished or the COMPLETE forum if it is finished. You have 7 days to finish an incomplete application before it is archived. If you app is moved to PENDING, you have 3 days to fix or edit it before it's archived.


4. MULTIPLE CHARACTERS

There are no character limits on V3. Your first 3 characters are considered "freebies. After that,all your characters must be in active threads before you make another.

At V3 an active thread has to be in character (plotters, games, and letters and notes do not count). Your character must have posted in the thread within 2 weeks of completing your new app. (For example, if your new app was complete on March 31, your other posts must have been made between March 17-31.)

1. AVATARS AND SIGNATURES

Avatar sizes are 200x300. If you need help making an avatar, feel free to ask or post a request in the graphics forum. We are not allowing signatures on V3 - this is a personal choice made by the admin. Please also refrain from using gifs as your avatar, stick to a static image.

Because this is a Medieval Reboot site, try to stay away from modern items in your avatar pictures like headphones, cellphones, etc. We understand it can be difficult at times to find pictures where your character isn't wearing a three piece suit or Ray Bans but we appreciate the effort!

2. POSTING TEMPLATES AND DOHTML

We allow the use of DOHTML on the board but are banning the use of posting templates. Script and DOHTML to justify and align text in a post is fine but we don't want a bunch of different posting templates floating around that clash with the site and add unnecessary things to threads. DOHTML and templates for OOC threads like the forum games and character plotters are fine.
