The King's Tournament forum has closed and the event has ended. There will be a post up in the next couple days summarizing what went down during the tournament. The few characters we had on the "Danger List" have been archived. If you want to retrieve a character from the archives, simply repost your character app and an admin will get you sorted out!

Currently, V3 is accepting canon and original characters in all member groups. Please remember to register in all caps, see the rules for details.

A big THANK YOU to KOURT for her generous contribution toward the c-box!

SHATTERSTONE
The official capital of the north is Shatterstone, a large, grim structure built of gray stone that spends most of the year covered in a blanket of snow. The castle is comprised of three main towers surrounded by a high stone wall. Two of the towers are for the Keeper and his family and the third is kept for important visiters and guests. Fireplaces and candles abound in this castle because the days can be long, dark, and cold. Like all castles, Shatterstone has its own stables and armory. Unlike most castles, there's an underground crypt that can be accessed from hidden stairs in the throne room and in the banquet hall where the ancestors of House Dahlberg are buried.

THE WITCH'S CURSE
A dense forest of tall pines that are said to have been around since before the attack of the Wildlings. The outer edges of the forest are full of dead and decayed trees and the soil is dark with ash. During the Unification, the Northerners who resisted against the Mad King were said to have fled Whitehaven when it looked like King Dunham's armies were going to take over. They hid and lived in the woods and in order to drive them out, the king ordered the woods burned. It's said that the cries of the women and children who were burned alive in the woods can still be heard in the wintertime when the winds carry their voices through Whitehaven.

TWIN PINES INN
A small home that's been turned into an inn, it's a cozy, friendly place that welcomes travelers. Since the north rarely sees visiters however, the inn is usually full of locals swapping stories and trading gossip over pints of dark ale and chunks of hearty bread.
