Okay, this is easy. Read all the rules and follow them, and we're good; if you disagree with one, contact Kai and we can discuss it.
One thing, though, is not a rule; it is a requirement. RESPECT THE BOARD MEMBERS AND ADMINS. If I find any hateful or foul words directed at someone, you're in deep shit. Be nice to everyone, and if you have a problem with someone or a group of people, come to ME about it.
READ ALL OF THE RULES. I hate it when a dozen people break the same rule just because they didn't feel like reading them all; it takes, like, 5 minutes.
Moving on. --->
Rule #1. Your first character must be a canon character from the specified list. After you have 1 canon with 30 posts of roleplaying (if you have 30 posts mostly in the OOC Lounge, you won't get to make another character), your next character(s) can be originals
Rule#2. Regular activity is a must. I would like all of my members to be on at least twice a week. If you will be gone for more than 3 days, post in the Leave of Absence forum so we don't put your account on the In Danger of Being Deleted list.
Rule#3. I have nothing against posts of a graphic nature, Though if there is explicit sex I would like you to put a warning in the topic description.
Rule#4. No killing people unless it is discussed with me. You can't just go around killing the other characters. Put the words 'goluboy zinna' in the 'did you read the rules' section of the application. You need administrator approval, as well as the approval of the person you are killing in order to kill them. Kapeesh?
Rule#5. I like proper spelling and grammar. I know some of you may not be the best spellers but please do your best. If you have to cut-copy from a word document, it might help out. Not everyone does, but if spelling is an issue, it'll help.
Rule#6. You have to claim your celebrity avatar. If you don't claim it then we could have two people using the same celeb and that's just annoying. They must be a real person; no cartoons or drawings.
Rule#7: There are two schools, though Saint Laurent is strictly for residents of The Hills. You can only post in one of the schools so when it is assigned please follow this rule.
Rule#8. You cannot create a new character unless you have accumulated 30 in-character posts or if otherwise directed by an admin.
Rule#9. Don't post in someone else's residence forum unless invited. Conversely, please report it if someone you did not invite posts in your residence.
Rule#10. I know that most other sites don't allow godmodding, but here it's okay to an extent. Keep in mind the last two words of that sentence. You can not completely manhandle someone. You have to at least give them a fighting chance.
Rule #11: When signing up a character, please have a first AND last name. It'll get messy when we have more members and similar or identical first names, and it's annoying as hell for the admin (me) to change them at your convenience. I don't have that kind of patience.
Rule #12: When registering a character, you have one month to get them sorted and start using them. Otherwise, they will be deleted, and you lose your claim to that character.
Rule #13: If you want a residence, there's a very simple application in the applications forum. We won't make you one unless you apply, so if you'll use it, go ahead.
Rule #14: If you are a member of a gang, job or the police, YOU MAY NOT PROMOTE YOURSELF. That is up to whoever is in charge of the gang or group, so sort it out with them.
Rule #15. Posts should be a MINIMUM of 200 words; if it's a little less that's fine, and if every once in a while you had a bad post it's alright as well. But posts should REGULARLY be around 200 words; in forum games and other OOC Lounge forums, less is alright, but if someone posts you a five-paragraph post and you give them two lines, I will be pissed with you.
