Good morning upper East-siders. It looks like my city is going to get a whole lot bigger with the arrival of <b>Jennifer Tallulah Humphrey</b> who is <b>Fifteen</b> and joining the ranks of the <b>Lower East-Siders</b>. Gossip Girl has the latest buzz on this newcomer, who I shall name <b>Little J</b>. First off, our rookie hails from <b>Manhattan</b> and earns their dollar as a <b>student and lay-about</b>. It is confirmed they are currently sharing more than a Frappuccino with <b>a lucky nobody</b>. After checking through all the files I could find on my latest toy, I found their full life history, and thought everyone should know it. After all, this person may have more than a few nasty secrets to tell…

Little J has the typical poor girl trying to fit into a rich girl’s world story. The rebellious blonde belongs in the Lower Eastside, along with her failed musician father and elder brother, Dan. Her mother ran off with someone obviously more successful and handsome than Jenny’s poor excuse for a father, leaving Russell to bring up his two children whilst the ex-wife lived it up elsewhere. Jenny does have a relationship with her mother however, going to see her whenever she wants, as is the same for Dan. Apparently Russell is still struggling to come to terms with the divorce. Jenny has always had a passion for fashion, and enjoys designing her own clothes, making them on an ancient sewing machine. In fact, one would say she’d rather spend the day designing clothes than studying hard, which could be a problem, considering the kind of education her poor father is attempting to give her. Having never grown up in wealth, Jenny had never realised precisely how filthy rich people could be, until she was entered in the Constance Billard School for Girls. Her brother also attends St Judes, which no doubt is bankrupting their average, middle-class father and putting the pressure on both siblings to do very well at their schools.

Jenny quickly became a social climber, wanting nothing more than to be a part of Blair Waldorf’s clique. This is quite a rise, considering no one would even look twice at such an outsider. Blair has given her a chance however, but at a price. Let’s just say Jenny has to be willing to beg, borrow and steal to be anywhere near Queen Bee. It amazing what people will do when desperate. For the impressionable Jenny, no low is too low, including doing everything for Blair if need be. She finds it hard to keep up with the designer fashions that are the norm at this school, and to be able to afford a simple lunch trip with Queen Bee’s court. It does make one wonder how she can afford such luxuries. Jenny is very pretty, and also very naive. She is easily led, and seems to find it impossible to say no if she thinks it will help her climb up the social ladder. She doesn’t quite know when people are playing her, but is just as good at playing people in return. Jenny finds it surprisingly easy to be quite the bitch when need be, and revenge is one of her specialities. She has a clever head on her shoulders, even if she is squandering it on dreams of being a top fashion designer. It will be very interesting to see how she progresses both in and out of the classroom.
