Heading back to Chicago :)

Heading over the pond for first time in 2 yrs.

Got tickets to 2 x Cubs games against Giants and 1 x White Sox against Tigers - looking at heading to Milwaukee for a game and have also got tickets for University of Wisconsin football - looking to make this a great holiday as may not be able to afford it again for a while

Sounds really great - I love Wrigley Field. That's the second Baseball/Football trip planned on the site- Very jealous, have a really great time, some photos would be very much appreciated especially of the inside of Miller Park.

Also got tickets to see Springsteen at Wrigley - going there 3 times in a little over a week!

Will post some pics - Miller Park is a great place to watch a game - will get in as much baseball as possible

I went to wrigley field last may against the mets had a great time. I know they're famous for it and it's a source of amusement to some but make the most of the pre and post game piss up in the surrounding area of wrigleyville. Booze is expensive though seems to recall it being around $15 dollars to 2 beers in the pubs and didn't get much change out of a $20 for 2 jaegarbombs!!

Not too into the whole piss-up element

Hoping to take the other half's 9 yr old to his first game - probably do a minor league game so we're not spending a fortune and can leave if he hates it
