Hey everybody. It's been a long time since I've visited the UKMLB fans site. I see there's many new faces here, all well as some familiar folks. The site looks nice. I'm glad baseball is still being followed by you kind folks in the UK. Baseball is a beautiful game. I hope you will continue in your passion of the game!

Welcome back Chuckles its been a while

Still have the regulars posting on here as well as a lot of new guys who have helped make this new site grow from the ashes of the old one.

How are things with you? Been to any Tigers games this year? Thoughts for the year ahead, with the signing of Fielder you must be hopeful you can go that step further then last year.

I've been well. I haven't made it to Detroit yet this season. The Tigers are frustrating me right now. They've had some issues. Fister's injury doesn't help. He'll be rehabbing soon so and hopefully that will go well. Drew Smyly has been a pleasant surprise in the starting rotation. Cabrera had a mini slump for a bit, but he's back doing his thing. Fielder is super important and has been working out quite well. He even has a stolen base! Delmon needs to get his crap together. Dude has issues. Leyland's decisions frustrate me at times. I've recently read that Victor visited the Tigers clubhouse and is pushing to come back in September, though I doubt this.

I forget that most of the "contenders", other than Texas and the Dodgers, are pretty much in the same boat record wise at this point. It's a long haul.
