I've only ever been to one NFL game at Wembley and that was the 49ers and Broncos, (I couldn't afford the Dolphins - Giants a few years earlier), at least with the 49ers and Broncos I didn't mind seeing them, but the Rams and Pats? I hate the Pats and the Rams are just, well just the Rams.
Think I might still get tickets though and go the second time.
Not sure why we want the Rams for the next 3 seasons.

Cold this fe the first step towards putting the Rams franchise in London? Pipe dream I guess, but if it comes off then we should demand they adopt the name of the UK's first American Football team and tell Baltimore to find another name! |
This is the first year I'm actually considering not going. We've seen the Pats already, and I'm not convinced at seeing the same team three years in a row, perhaps they could try selling season tickets for this to reduce the cost for loyal fans ..? If they can actually put some pieces around their new(-ish) QB, it's always possible that they could actually be good in a couple of years time. (Although they might not fancy the really long flights from Los Angeles ) I'd like to see Pittsburgh (although I suspect they'd only agree to play if it was in Dublin?), Carolina, and I think Green Bay would draw well - or even teams I root against like Dallas, Philadelphia or the Jets.
