We are looking for new players, young or old, experience or beginner, male or female to play softball with us this coming summer in the Glasgow area.
Softball is a fun, sociable bat and ball sport with a team of 6 men and 4 women. Similar to baseball and rounders, but uses a bigger & harder ball. Slowpitch makes it easier for players to hit the ball, making it a fun & exciting game to play.
We are holding a recruitment night on Thursday the 26th of January from 19.30 to 21.00. All equipment will be supplied so all you have to do is show up and have fun.
We are a new team for the season 2012. The aim of the club is to have a good blend of participation, fun and competitiveness.
For new players, no equipment is required just show up, the coaches will provide gloves, bats and the basics of the game.
