Well we are sitting here on September 15th

We have yet to sign Lee or Robinson, and with camp just around the corner, I'm thinking that we could well have a losing record yet again.

We have signed some minor players who don't have there contracts guaranteed.

Seems like it is going to be a training camp shoot out, or nearlys and never have beens with a few promising prospects chucked in.

Can't believe I have been on here now for 15+ minutes and not posted about T-MAC!!!!

biggrin.gif Guy's about to enjoy a renaissance with the Knicks, his trainer said that he is fit and raring to go, and as long as the medical is passed by tomorrow, McGrady will be in the line-up.

Add to that we got a decent PG in Sergio Rodriguez, as well as clearing Jeffries 6 mill+ cap hit next year, which enables us to offer two max free agents, I would say Donnie Walsh has done a hell of a job.

In fact the only thing he hasn't been able to do is trade Eddie Curry, but let's be honest, his contract/health situation is pretty much untradeable.

So probably have a new back court entirely of McGrady and Sergio, with Eddie House coming off the bench. Nate for House and others was a nice deal for us.

One of the best trade deadlines we have had for a while, and we are set for July 1st with all the free agents. Is it about to become a good thing to be a Knicks fan agai??

McGrady wants to be part of Knicks turn around:

No more Linsanity, kinda sad the Knicks didn't match The Rockets offer. I guess we'll have to make do with just Timsanity in NYC instead.

There were right to not match the offer though, $15 million in the 3rd year is just too much for someone who has only played a handfull of games.

Makes a surprise the Knicks made a sensible move lol
