Hey guys – a few of us have set up a new fantasy baseball forum. Our plan is to have some fantasy related discussion throughout the season whilst also running leagues from it. We would like it to be the UK hub for fantasy baseball while also getting input from our American friends (hence the “Across the Pond” name).
We’ve noticed that during the season there’s not a lot of chat on the boards for each league other than trades and roster moves, so we’re hoping that by bringing them all together and having it as primarily a fantasy baseball message board, we can change this from now on.
We already have leagues that we run and we will be linking the leagues we run on here to the new message board and vise versa the message board will link back to here for general baseball discussion. If you run a league or would like to set up a league and would like us to set up a forum for you here please contact us – we’ll be happy to set things up for you. We know that we will have some openings in the leagues that have already been set up on here for anyone that’s interested and will be advertising these openings soon. We’ve set up a league finder board for us and anyone else to advertise for new members of a league. To help us with this and in an effort to get more members generally, we would appreciate it if you could advertise the board in leagues that you’re in.
We're are also hoping to take advantage of advertising through Facebook and Twitter. Chippers has set up @ATPfantasyUK on Twitter so you an follow us there and I will confirm the Facebook page for here in the next day or so.
