Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. That's how Tamiko's brain worked when it rested. It was always overworked, calculating and pinpointing things around her to dechiper a better way to gain more minuted to her semi-long life. From being so overworked, it doesn't really rest like other people's mind, it makes a slight ticking sound; of course not out loud, only Tamiko can hear it but she usually doesnt since she sleeping. Only magicians and what not that could enter people's bodies could recognize the repetitive clicking of a clock.
A small groan snapped the half-breed from her dreamless sleep, a more haughty groan of her own escaped from her full lips as she quickly turned around to find the source of the low volume. Bad mistake. Harsh sharp pain ringed around her head and neck like a rope as she grasped her head softly. Tamiko cussed softly as she laid her head back down on the stone wall. 'Wonderful...' She thought dryly, 'This is a perfect place to be' the alto voice inside her head said. After a minutes of testing herself to see if anything was broken. -nothing was- and she got on her knees to glance forward at the rusty bars. An even rustier chest was sitting east of the bars and she raised her orangish orbs in mild interest.
"Look watch you got yourself in Nightingale," Tamiko said curtly as she slowly got up on her feet, testing her weight on both legs before subsiding. Nothing of her memory came back to her of why she was here, she remembered her village being torn limb from limb...literally and herself blacking out. Small hands gripped the rusting bars as she struggled to see if anyone one of them was loose. The half-elf moved sideways, testing each bar for any giveaway of weakness. After testing about ten bars her right hand tilted a bar to its side, the long bar now was being supported by the bar left from it. Then Tamiko concluded that all of the bars after the one tilting one was darker in rust and cracks then the others that she already tested.
Tiny escapes of triumph was seen in her body language as she pulled her left hand into a fist to knock down a bar. She stopped in mid-swing as she felt keen eyes glancing at her. She turned around slowly, making sure not to do any damage to her already wounded neck. "Who the hell you are?" It might of sounded like wrong English to some higher etiquette person but it was right to Tamiko. Even though the peson was sleeping he or she should had of woke up already. A small frown of disapproval was on her face, she already didn't like this person.

Silver had been still, not moving an inch, not intending to. Her body hurt too much to move and since it hurt she would not move. Her whole body twitched once and then stopped, her gaze watched this female walk about, she seemed to be testing bars. Long fingers tingled as feeling came back, slowly, as not to get attacked (or worse), Silver moved, trying not to make a sound. This female was obviously stronger then she, and Silver wasn't ready for the afterlife just yet. "Who the hell you are?" The small woman jumped, What is she talking too? Auburn hair fell in waves as she looked about, searching for whatever this person was speaking to. Slowly she stood, bracing one thin white hand against the wall, silver bracelets and rings glinting in the dull lighting. Rubbing her face with her other hand Silver slowly pushed off the wall and walked over to the other woman.
"Who the hell is who? Me?"
Curiosity covered her voice, slight annoyance flickering like a dying flame in it as well, God, I must smell, this place reeks. Her small form came and stood next to the other girl, far enough away so that they weren't too close, but close enough. Yellowish-Green and Powder Blue eyes flicked to the other lady's face, and stayed there. She wasn't looking into her eyes, not wishing to look, instead at her ears, not staring though. They're pointy, I kinda wanna pull them. Blinking at that utterly stupid thought the auburn haired woman said, "Well, I'm Silver, you are?" Rubbing her hands together Silver glanced around, it was so dull and dreary and smelled so bad. And why would I be taken here? Lord knows I am not worth kidnapping. Maybe as a sacrifice or something...or a meal. She blinked, again, Okay bad thoughts. Positive? What's positive about this place? It's so fucking dull. As her mind slowly settled into it's normal place she put her hand to her waist, but the comforting hilt of her elf's sword wasn't there, and she almost panicked. Silver took one long finger on her right hand traced the bars, looking at them quietly.
Do these bars tell a story? Do they see things only us humans and creatures can dream of? Is there a niche, a nick, a scratch? Is there anything more to the rust? She dragged her finger leisurely along the length of the bar, black-red rust crawled onto her skin, marring the once alabaster complexion. It almost looks like dried blood... It crumbled against her ring finger and thumb, she watched as it fell to the ground and disappeared amongst the dirt and grim. Just like life. It is taken away so quickly without consent and broken down within the mind so one can't even figure if they are alive.
Silver looked outside of the bars, searching. There seemed to be a box of some sort laying on the other side. Silver hadn't a clue as to what it held, but she wanted her sword back. Surprising how well the silver hilt with the blue encrusted gem could make her calm. All of the sudden Silver jumped slightly and her eyes went a fraction wider as she looked about frantically. Something had brushed by her neck. Again it happened and she relaxed slightly, Just the wind... And then she stiffened, Wind? In a cage area? Must be a way out somewhere close. She shifted on her feet, the dirt dug into the soft cloth shoes. Silver studied the other from the corner of her powder blue eye, just studying. Defiantly an elf, but probably half...her ears aren't nearly as long as my elf's was. She's much lighter skinned as well. Twisting one of her rings Silver looked at the bar that was tilted to one side. It's bent cracked rusted form bent and disfigured, she sighed lightly.
Tugging her black trench coat closer to her body, she shuddered, Damn the cold. She looked about again, searching for something, anything. It had been so long since she had met another, loneliness had been gnawing at her for too long. Pulling up the collar of her coat Silver leaned her back, which was aching slightly, against the rust bars, they gave a slight creak, but didn't give under her weight. Yellowish-Green and Blue orbs watched the other and the bar, dimly the young woman surged a bit of warmth into her body, it wasn't a big fire-y move, it was a simple way to warm up her cold form. She tightened the rope holding her pants up and fixed her shirt and then had her arms crossed over her chest.
"Any Ideas where our weapons might be?" Silver watched her, waiting to see her response.
And what will the world throw at me next?

Drunar slowly walked his way back into the cells, cursing to himself. He was just telling himself how it would’ve just been better to stay out there with that damned necromancer. The elf shook his head lowly before sighing to himself. He looked around the cells, recognizing the fresh smell of stink that was around him. It was obvious that some people died while they were in here, to stupid to realize how to get out. It was pathetic and it made Drunar sick.
The elf scanned over all the cells, seeing frightened males and females and some that were attempting to bend the bares of the cage. It was pathetic. There wasn’t a single person here who looked like they could be of any help to him. Drunar growled lowly as his dark purple eyes scanned over the passage in front of him, just thinking to leave and attempt to get back out on his own. It was then though that he heard a voice coming from somewhat nearby.
The elf slowly made his way over to the cell that Silver and Tamiko were inside. He snickered lowly to himself as he looked them over, not seeming to strong or to weak it was perfect. They could easily lead him out of that hellhole of a desert that he could easily kill them, or at least that is what he thought. The test would be to see if they could get out of the pathetic cage that they were locked in. The dark elf simply waited for what would happen next.
OOC: hope im not intruding =D

o0c::{Sorry for skipping you Mango, but my Silver-muse was acting up and to move with other charries I have to post the museful one. I hope you don't mind, ^.^. And Moosie-Dear (Can I call you that?) I don't think you are, ^.^.}
{:|:}{`Ic`}{:|:}
The young female sighed, totally annoyed at the lack of response, but figuring, whatever, she put her finger lightly against the metal bars. Focusing her energy into her finger, as if to make a fire ball, but not making it come quite out. Once her finger was extremely hot she reached out and again, lightly, dragged it across the bar. It melted quite easily under her finger, moving downwards she decreased the metal inch by inch, with a care unusual to inanimate objects. Her long thin alabaster finger melted right through the metal and it was gone. Slowly she moved to the left, away from the other girl. And repeated the procedure with feminine care. As the second bar melted and puddled by her feet the young woman knelt on the grimy floor and moved her finger through it, the heated metal swirling around in a rusty-red mixture.
Slowly she stood, the red-gray melted steel dripping and steaming from her finger tip. Smiling she slipped sideways through the melted hole. A few drops of melted steel dripped onto her clothes and she pushed back her hair with her right hand, without the melted mixture on it. Shaking her left hand slightly the young woman disengaged the white-hot metal. Slowly she moved away from the cage, and up to the box. Using the same simple heat maneuver she melted the lock right off and quickly pulled out her sword and sheath. Pushing the weapon into place on her waist the female turned, ready to leave.
Turning her mismatched pools darted about, the dimness of the room intoxicating and making her drowsy. Seemingly unaware the young woman started walking and nearly ran into a hard chest, but stopped just in time because of the scent. Stopping she squinted up at the face. It seemed to be rather dark skinned, but light at the same time, with...purple eyes? She moved a little closer, fear escaping her, she wasn't afraid, well, hell, you only live this life once! There was this white thing covering his mouth, she thought that would be rather uncomfortable, but made no comment. A tight, self-conscious smile stole her lips, great, wonder-fucking-ful, another presence. Why is this...male standing there? He could've warned us he was around! Jeesh, what a bastard. Mood swing, much?
Taking a step back, out of his personal space. Slowly she looked past him, was that the way out? Possibly. Thinly she muttered, quiet, but not intimidated, but definitely not provoking, "Ah, Hello." Stuffing her hands into the overly large pockets of her long trench she shifted from one foot to other, not particularly interested in this male, but not put off by him, it was like in-between. He didn't look very human, but she couldn't tell and really couldn't give less of a damn. Pushing back auburn hair Silver played a bit with her silver rings, twisting them around her long white finger, before tucking her hands away again.
"Silver. You?"
It was short, choppy, and rather withdrawn, but hey, couldn't be too rude now could she? A piece of burnt-red hair fell in front of her face and brushed the up-turned collar of her trench, her small nose inhaled and exhaled, each drawn breath giving her the life she needed, helping push the blue blood around in her veins. She could feel the reassuring push of the handle against her hand and hip, the way it weighted her down and made her comfortable, more so then ever. I don't want to walk into the sun or light. There are probably many dangers out there that I can not and will not want to face. Wonderful. Fingers wiggled beneath the cover of the leather and she inhaled the scent, almost believing her elf's scent was still lingering there.
So, this is what life throws at me? A male? Thanks, Life, one big fucking thanks.

OOC: well if you must =)
Drunar silently watched as Silver easily chopped through the weak cell bars and retrieved what was hers from the small chest. Still after this the elf was found with a disgusted scowl on his face. A human. He could smell her stench in the air, or at least he imagined he could. Well at least it isn’t an elf. Was the only thing that kept him from going to find someone else to use. He took in a deep breath of air, before shooting it out through his white mask. His hands had been on his two knives until now. He wanted to make sure that Alecto wasn’t going to attempt something on him and was now more calmed about it. She had obviously left a long time ago. But now his hands lay at his side, attempting to make himself look less threatening.
So now he simply sighed now as this person almost ran into him. Drunar shook his head; it was like she was a tad to excited but then again who wouldn’t be excited about leaving this hellhole. His eyes stared into this girl for a moment before he replied. “Please miss, call me Drunar.” He mumbled, attempting to hold in any bad vibes. Seeing as how he had no real sense of direction he would need some sort of guide to get out of this blasted desert that was outside of these cells. So he would have to get one of these ‘pathetic’ people to help him and the only way to do that was to act pleasant. Of course if that didn’t work there was always the threatening way, forcing them to do what he wanted.
A small smile formed under his mask, it was more of a sinister one but there was no way for Silver to see it. “If you don’t have anything better to do,” He started before choking. He quickly coughed into his hand before continuing. “It would probably be best to leave this place.” He finished, before turning his head towards the exit, not being able to stand looking at her anymore. It had been so long sense he had actually talked to someone other then a dark elf, it was just so disgusting.
OOC: moose in no way shape or form controls or thinks like Drunar lol
Aka no offense about this and such.
