Personality: Dragoon isn't one to be messed with. Though he doesn't like to intimidate others, he will if he sees it necessary. He's the good guy. The hero. The one with all the fun in life. Though, usually he ends up with what he wants, no one having much over him. He's pretty light-hearted, and enjoys to have a good laugh every once in a while.

-Dragoon has not overcome the weakness of his tail. Just squeezing it can take him down easily. If you can grab it in the first place, let alone figure out that it is his weakness

-His family/friends are important to him, aswell as civilians. If you threaten anyone innocent, he'll be angered to stop you

Powers:

*Ki - Dragoon can use his ki to do almost anything. He can form it from any part of his body, and then send it anywhere he wants. He can also transfer it to someone else to strengthen them [Ki]

Ultimate attacks:

Dragon Barrage - Dragoon pumbles the opponent into the ground, teleporting wildly around him as he does so. Usually followed by Dragon Bomb

Spirit Bomb - Dragoon lends power from everything alive around him, (can go to the entire universe if needed) and then concentrates it into a small ball that can be thrown or absorbed into a fist of ki

Dragon Bomb - An alternative to the Spirit Bomb, where only Dragoon's ki is used

Dragon Dynomite - An alternative to the Dragon Bomb, where Dragoon emerses himself in the ki, and then fires a beam from it

Fire-Bullet - Dragoon fires multiple shots of ki, golfball-sized.

Mini-Biography

Dragoon was born on one of Mars' moons, causing his mother's death just by tearing his way out of her stomach. His father had to calm him down, and later, even that proved to his end. Just as Goku had, Dragoon fell off of the moon, and hit his head on the surface of Mars. The extraordinary fall proved to turn his fate. Training there took a few years, and then he went to visit Vegeta with a spaceship he created and invented himself. Turns out that it was far more advanced than the one they had, so he was hired to create some more for him. Only after hearing of Goku's adventures did he think about visiting Earth. Another saiyan had the same idea, and came to enslave the human race and claim earth as his own, even renaming it after him. Of course, Dragoon stopped him and took the position of the unknown hero of Earth, just as Goku had been. Except no one had a clue what his name was, or where he lived.

The reason for this is:

Many people claim to have 'killed' Goku, Vegeta, etc. But you say that you are in fact, currently interacting with Goku, Vegeta, and etc. What are you going to do when you meet with that person? Your story will calapse and burn to ashes.

And the problem with being a saiyan is that Planet Vegeta; where all of the saiyans were. Except Goku, Vegeta, Nappa, Raditz and etc. That place was destroyed. And the only pure saiyans left are Goku and Vegeta. Also, all saiyans are evil. Goku was different because he bumped his head.

If your going to make your character a Good, Pure Saiyan. Then you must explain how he survived Frizas blow. What did he do then? And how did he become good?

But you said your character is a Human/Saiyan. Meaning he is a Half Saiyan. Like Gohan, Goten, Trunks and etc. The problem is. You would have to be son of one of the officials for this to work. But as I said earlier. Interacting with officials may bring future problems.

Your powers are acceptable since your character is indeed a Fan Made based on DBZ.

Edit: Th appearance of your character is ideal for a Saiyan. But he has no individuality. It looks like a recolour of Teen Gohan.

Simplicity at work, i already figured that out. Except for the part of interacting with goku. i said "Only after hearing of Goku's adventures" i never interacted with him. In this case, here's what happens:

Long after the Z-fighters era, The saiyans are wished back alive with the namekian dragonballs, and new vegeta is reformed.

And saiyans aren't evil, they have a drive that makes them power-hungry. And i should probably change the history a bit because half-saiyans aren't as uncontrollable... Also, Dragoon is VERY Goku-like in personality. Somewhat different, and not as hungry or talkative/afraid of needles. Another thing i should probably add: The ring he wears is from the fountain of life, which is why his birth and age are messed up. As long as he wears the ring, his age is stopped at 20. If it is removed, he continues to age, but only after the effect of the ring wears off.

You did interact with one of them. Unless you mean't 'New Vegeta' the planet. Am I correct?

The ring seems useless because Saiyans never age. Sure they become adults, but they stop somewhere around adulthood. I know this because in 'DragonBall Budokai Tenkaichi 3' in the encyclopedia. There is a Saiyan girl. If you click on the button that says 'Chichi's Opinion' (Something around those words.. don't remember). Chichi admits that she is jealous of the Saiyan Girl because they never age. Goku never aged, he stopped at one point. In the last episode of Dragonball GT. He looks a little different around the cheeks. But thats just because he got a little fat.

Sure I am using a game as referrence. But the game still keeps the DBZ reality. They don't change any facts.

Actually there's a flaw in what you just said. They DO age, otherwise there'd be no need for children. They just age slower (after hitting adulthood) and don't become old so they can still fight. I think they normally live twice as long as humans.

And another thing, GT isn't considered lagit, because it wasn't created by the original author of DB and DBZ. And yes, i meant to put new vegeta.

Nope, it's a hobby.. He likes to train in his spare time...
