I looked down the hallway towards the direction of the front door. I’m certain I heard it open. My eyes shot to the small table overturned. It’s right in plain view of the front door and also right at the beginning of the hallway. I stopped moving when I heard the door, waiting, whoever it is they’ll notice and come look. Then I have to take care of the situation. When the person came into view I think I was just as surprised as her. She's seriously shocked, she dropped the bag she was holding and is gaping at me. I didn't think my Mother would still be together with him, after what happened.

“L-lo...gen?!”

I close my eyes taking a step back, she’s gonna freak. She’s going freak when she notices what I’m covered in and the trail coming out of the room I left.

Not even a second after I thought that her eyes scanned down me to the floor.

“Logen…What did you do?”

“He made me do it. It’s his fault, It’s his fault I was there.” I spit out trying to keep calm.

She gasped as she pushed past me following the dark red trail. I glanced down at myself as I walk down the hallway. Before I’m halfway down the hall I hear her scream. I continue to the kitchen thinking.

Maybe I should have tried to keep it neat and not let the blood get everywhere. I knew she’d freak out when she saw a blood trail leading to a blood covered me.

I snicker pushing open the kitchen door with my foot. It leads me to the back yard. I stop walking a second when I notice the ground. It’s covered in snow, I hate it, it’s so bright and white!

Bright and white just like my room at the Mental Institute. I shouldn't of been there, he made me spend most my childhood in there. It's only fair, that he got what he deserved.

I push open the yard gate with my shoulder, glade I decided to keep it unlocked after I went inside. I glance down the street looking left then right. It’s pretty much empty, some days you gotta love the Holidays.

Author's Note:
This started out as a very short one-shot. But I don't really remember writing it, but I re-read it recently and decied to expand it and Logen's character. So more for this series will be added soon. I'm planning on making one that takes place before this and one after.
