Homestead Cook Off and Swap Meet at the Trinity County Fairgrounds: July 11; Make a meal the old fashioned way over a campfire. Have the best meal and you may win a prize. They are also having a pie contest. If you would like to be a part of the cookoff you can pick up applications in Weaverville at the Trinity County Chamber of Commerce and Stoddard Satellite and in Hayfork at the Trinity County Fairgrounds, Mountain Computers and Hayfork Video.
