*scratches head* I skimmed through the Trader Directory and noticed a whole lot of bad traders and a few good traders. Both bad and good traders are to be listed in the same place? I really don't want my name listed with a bunch of bad traders. Am I missing something here?

Hey, welcome to the board! I'm Katie.
In order to make it easy to find any trader, good or bad, they are all listed together. This way, if you are checking up on a possible transaction partner, and decide to look for them here, you only have to look in one place. If they were listed separately, you'd have to look in two places. And if it hadn't even occured to you that they might be known person to watch out for, you might miss the warning thread altogether. Don't worry about being listed in among the scammers and people to watch for. They're all marked with the big "!" signs, and the posts are put up by Trader Security, so it's easy to tell the difference. That, and the feedback in the thread will speak for itself. The reason there are more negative posts than positive right now by members is that this site is very new, and we don't have as many members yet. Also, all confirmed/possible scammers and people to watch out for are listed under all of their known aliases, in order to protect members, so they're automatically going to have more threads than the average member (since we're all allowed only one). As this board grows, we'll get more member posts to fill in the gaps. I hope that answered your question. If you have any more (or suggestions, etc...), feel free to post again or PM me (Baby Katie). I hope you like it here! -------------------- |
