Revell kit seconded, although it has a slight shape issue with the radome, but this can easily be sanded to a correct profile.
If you come across a Hasegawa kit on the cheap it is still worth picking up, especially if you combine it with the Flightpath detail set. This has a natty little resin replacement radome that sorts out the problem, also numerous white metal and PE goodies. After that it's just the fin top leading edge that needs a bit of sanding to get the correct shape.
Although it's quite expensive the Flightpath sets are worth considering for any Tornado build, although if using one with a Revell GR kit you will find yourself with an abundance of plastic and white metal ALARMS on your hands. I suppose you could always use some up on an F3 SEAD.
