Dubbed “the missile with the man in it” the F-104 Starfighter was designed in response to a USAF proposal for a Mach 2+ fighter. Rejected by the USAF, Lockheed instigated a programme to convert the Starfighter into an all-weather, multi-role aircraft. Now known as the F-104G the type would serve with the airforce's of over a dozen nations including West Germany, Canada, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Japan. RAM Walkarounds presents two separate walkarounds of the F-104G Starfighter. The first is for an ex Royal Danish Air Force example and numbers 178 images. This includes full external coverage along with detailed photographs of the cockpit area. The second is for a former Luftwaffe example. This is an external only walkaround and numbers 213 images.

Boulton Paul P111A VT935 was a one off British prototype designed to explore the characteristics of tailless deltas at speeds just below the speed of sound. VT935 first flew on October 6th 1950 and after completing a research programme at the Royal Aircraft Establishment at Bedford it was finally retired in June 1958. RAM Walkarounds has photographed VT935 in great detail. Numbering 411 high quality images we have covered all areas of this unique aircraft which will allow the modeller to make their next scale project as accurate as possible.

The Fairey Gannet which made its maiden flight in 1949 was the world’s first aircraft to fly with a double airscrew-turbine unit. The Gannet initially designed for anti-submarine warfare and torpedo bombing was operated by the Royal Navy and the Royal Australian Navy.Featuring in this walkaround is Gannet T2 XA508. The T2 variant was the dual control trainer version that taught aircrew to fly and operate the type. Today XA508 is the only surviving Gannet T2 in the world. RAM Walkarounds has photographed XA508 in great detail. The Grob Viking T1 is a high performance sailplane that is manufactured using the latest techniques in industrial glass reinforced plastic. It can be launched by aero-tow or winch and offers high performance gliding and simple aerobatics. Used by the Air Cadet Organisation the type is used by a number of Volunteer Gliding Squadrons around the UK and gives gliding training to Air Cadets. RAM Walkarounds has photographed Viking T1 ZE586 in full detail.
