The Convention Center
The Convention Center is the center of activity in The Capitol. Much like Grand Central Station, it's the center of transportation for Hollow Earth. All vortexes in the Surface World lead one point here in the Convention Center. Many use this area as a meeting place, and this is the part of Hollow Earth that never sleeps.

Residencies
Anyone who lives within the Capitol City finds housing in the residencies. Most live in small apartment complexes as overpopulation doesn't provide choice housing.
