ok they are similar to avatars so do step 1 in the avatar section .. then click on edit signature which is above the place to click on step 2 in the avatar ...
this is were it gets hard .. to put in a image make a photobucket account HERE then upload your signature to it ... then take the img address from under the image and add it tto your sugnature ..
