But when my little sister tried to read it, she got to the bit in Golem's Eye about the Black Tumbler and she freaked out and wouldn't read any more (I guess it's good she didn't make it to the Abbey raid, then).

I was thirteen when I read GE ( that was last year) and the only part that freaked me out was the fact that I couldn't get to the third book fast enough.

This is probably something really late, since this site has died already, but there's such thing as resurrection. Let's be strong here; there's few enough sites on this trilogy as it is.
