What's up with the shard? Lana has been trying to log in all night and nothing.. then after reboot we can get in but freeze up and nothing loads.... not sure what's wrong...

Oh it is a wimax setup. Sometimes the outfit loses sync with the main pipes and socket errors result. It happens late a night on the w/es usually and is probably related to maintenance.
