Board Rules
All right, I'll try to make this short and (hopefully) sweet. There are several rules.
1. BE KIND. If you wish to say that you do not like a book, please remember that there may well be others here who do. You may say that you dislike a book. I am not trying to supress negative opinions. But there is a right way to say it. DO SAY: "I really don't like this book" or "I really don't like this book because..." DO NOT SAY: "I hate this book and I don't see how anyone could like it." The opposite applies. If you love a book but think that it might be controversial DO SAY: "I personally love this book" or "This book is one of my favorites because..." DO NOT SAY: "I love this book and anyone that doesn't like it is just stupid." ANY threads containing this type of message will be locked. If you are persistantly rude (and I do mean persistantly) you run the risk of being banned. 2. No obscenities. I know this sounds like a duh rule, but I just want to remind everyone. This includes taking the Lord's name in vain AND OMG. We all know what it stands for. If you don't think that something is swearing, please remember that other ladies might have different standards. 3. You must be 13 or over, Christian, and a girl to post here. If you do not fit any of these categories you will be banned. 4. Please keep all movie threads from degenerating into, "OMW, that actor is so hot!" (IDD ladies, remember the no-drool policy.) 5. Have fun! Maureen Hosted for free by InvisionFree (Terms of Use: Updated 7/7/05) | Powered by Invision Power Board v1.3 Final © 2003 IPS, Inc.
