Number One Bowman Avenue is one of the finer places to live. It's one of the largest houses on the street and has four bedrooms with ensuites, a kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms, a gym, a games room a cinema and a garden that back onto a forest. The house is decorated modernly and is hardly ever a mess apart from after the inhabitant has been inside. She never clears up as she has a house cleaner.

103 Bowman Avenue Apartments

So Jamie can't afford anything decent in the town, not yet anyway...so he has to stick with his best friends old apartment, who passed away. Apparently it's haunted but Jamie isn't into that kind of scary business because to be honest, he's more scary. As every teenage, pre-adult man is, he's untidy, and there's a lot of takeaway boxes and boxers lying around. He keeps it tidy sometimes...but sometimes he's too busy with other things. It is a reasonable size, although it isn't that nice. When he gets enough money he will either sell it and move somewhere else of totally refurbish it. It has a bed, a bathroom and a kitchen joining onto the living room area, with a small telly and a small fridge. The bathroom is a ghastly shade of green, but Jamie isn't into the fashion side of living...after-all...it's better than living on the streets.
