Seemed like kind of a fun thing to do, but my main concern is would I be able to think of enough stuff to talk about?
What do you guys think?

Oh god, we'd know what you sounded like?

Actually, we already do. You already did a podcast with Kev, for the WCRCOTW. I love that acronym.

As for Podcasting. Sure, why the heck not? You could talk about almost anything! Anything!

(Though you might want to check the title to this section for typos)

I dunno if I cant think of enough interesting things to say about Harkovast for like a half hour pod cast.
Maybe if people called in or something? Would enough people call in?

Depends. What does calling in involve?

Well, I never understood why people bother with podcasts. It would be much easier just to write stuff down and publish it. Easier to read as well.

But that's just me.

Is it really hard to talk about Harkovast for half an hour? You could start by describing all of the races, their physiology and cultures, and finish off with revealing the nature of the Nameless... except not, because you've run out of time. Oops, sorry, readers, see you next time!

Like a recorded radio show? Go for it, but don't expect me to call in.

StyxD just seemed like a fun idea to do something different...and I rather like your description of how it might go.

Canouvea calling in would basically be I would post a phone number and a time to call in and then you call in and take part.
There are sites that host this kinda thing.

who would be in the podcast? usually you have more then one.

I suggest us, the forum. we can use skype to get together.

between the 4 of us we'll have no problem talking for 30+ minutes.

Okay.

Tiberius, yeah, if we all used skype then we would have no trouble all talking for 30 minutes.

I know that one topic could be the second book and how it will go, what races will be involved, the geography, etc. That could be effective for the other readers too, if you post it.

If lots of people wanted to call in, I would be more inclined to do it.
The more the better, obviously.

Uh, I'm not sure if I want to join. I don't have a mic other than the one build-in into my laptop and have a horrible pronunciation (hey, I actually have it on paper that I can't speak English :D).

But the priiiize... of getting Hark to spill more juice about the world and races.

English is a bullshit language cobbled together from everything around it. Crap like enough, though, thought, rough, and dough all contain the letter combination "ough", but in every case it is pronounced completely different.

Then there's "sion" and "tion" from words like fusion and function.

Lets try a different one, shall we? Funktion, pronounced funk-tee-on. Yay Deutsch.

I don't have a microphone either.

You don't need a microphone, you can call these kinda things with a regular phone.

If I did do a podcast, I would try to drop a few extra bits of info just for people who tuned in.
