Oh man I love that studio, specifically for that reason. Dragonquest is one of my favourite crappy movies from their output (and no it has nothing to do with the video game series) Almighty Thor is hilarious. The Day The Earth Stopped is so blatant that I heard it got a lawsuit, so I pretty much had to watch that one. The 7 Adventures of Sinbad was pretty long, but the weird whale with an island on its back made it worth it. Sherlock Holmes is another one of my favourites from them, it has Holmes fighting dinosaurs and a final battle with a cheesy robot dragon that his brother in Ironman-like armor operates. Megapython vs. Gatoroid is actually the only vs. movie of theirs that I liked. (The other ones I found surprisingly boring) although the main girls were really unlikable throughout the whole thing. The references to their other movies around the climax was hilarious. 2010: Moby Dick was another good one, although the ending is really abrupt. While I haven't seen Abraham Lincoln vs. Zombies, it sounds pretty promising. Battle of Los Angeles was another great cheesefest. Dragon actually had a decent soundtrack, I thought. Anyways I've probably gone on enough about the Asylum movies I found hilarious, so I'll stop. -------------------- 450 Harko-points

Here we go, I remember seeing this on Cracked about a year ago, this is a clip from one of their movies showing a giant shark taking down a 747 at cruising altitude.

I remember watching that movie. It made very little sense. Then again I shouldn't have expected that.

I think my girlfriend watched that movie. I can't remember if she hated it or thought it was hilariously bad.

Found this list:
http://www.imdb.com/list/zxKeH7fmW0U/?star...t=listorian:asc I didn't get far down the list before I had an issue with it. Number 13 is Airplane II. Okay, fine. It's not as good as the first one and it has a lot of rehashed jokes, but it's nowhere near the worst movie ever. Then I got to 24. Mom and Dad Save the World. I love that movie! It's fantastically, ridiculously, awesomely bad! It's dumb, but it's supposed to be dumb. The costumes are so outlandish that it looks like a live action cartoon. The "light grenade" scene alone is worth the price of admission! If you ain't seen it yet, see it! Also, feel free to go down the list and see if you spot all the ones that shouldn't be there. -------------------- 200 Harko-points!

Airplane 2 was weak by William Shatner comes in for a really good cameo later on.
Shatner is always good for some fun self parody. But its not a patch on the original (a true classic, recently voted funniest film of all time) so I can see why it gets a hard time due to that comparison. -------------------- "...the details escape me right now."

As far as I'm concerned Poultrygeist and Monsturd should be taken off the list based on the names alone. Haven't seen either one, but I'm sorry, the names are brilliant.
Allan Quartermain and the Lost City of Gold is the greatest Indiana Jones rip off ever made. Robot Jox is a wonderfully campy take on Japanese giant robot anime. Jason X is horribad, but it's so bad it's good. It also takes itself less seriously than any other Friday the 13th to date. "We love smoking marijuana cigarettes and having premarital sex!" Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is a cult classic! No way it should be on this list! What's missing from this list is everything else Uwe Boll has ever made. House of the Dead and Alone in the Dark are just the tip of the iceberg. Everything he's ever done is shit. -------------------- 200 Harko-points!

Personally, while I didn't like House of the Dead or Far Cry at all and have no interest in seeing Bloodrayne or its sequels, his most watchable films to me are Alone in the Dark and In The Name of the King. I just found those movies downright hilarious, with at least some semblances of decent plots thrown in with all the ridiculous scenes, they had pretty good action scenes too. Alone in the Dark felt like an old 80's B movie with 90's CGI and In The Name of the King just had this over-the-top medieval vibe to it and Jason Statham was awesome in it.
I mean his character's name was Farmer, not only that but for a farmer he did a LOT of over the top stunts, in the middle of a war, he just ran up to one of the monstrous Krug troops and jump kicked him in the chest. BAM! He also had this boomerang that he used to get himself out of all these traps and kick everyone's asses. My God it was so much fun to watch. If all that isn't awesome then I don't know what is. Both films aren't without their flaws, sure. But I always get a good laugh out of them, they're just fun dumb over the top entertaining action movies for me to watch. Heck, I still quote those movies to this day. I've seen worse than even Boll *COUGHCOUGH*TOTALRETRIBUTION*COUGH*ANYTHINGBYANDREWBELLWARE*COUGH*SERIOUSLYDON'TWATCHIT*COUGHCOUGHCOUGH* -------------------- 450 Harko-points

Uwe Boll is to directing what Adam Sandler is to comedy. The only difference is that Sandler films occasionally make money.
Let me expand on that. Once I said that Sandler is as funny as an autopsy of a five year old that drowned in a backyard pool. Boll movies are like an autopsy of a five year old that drowned in a backyard pool that uncovers a lifetime of sexual abuse. When I watch a Boll movie I am keenly aware of how little I am being entertained. -------------------- 200 Harko-points!
