Abilities: This fruit allows the user to turn into snow.

Strength: It's main strength as opposed to other logias is that the user can create more of their element more easily by making snow out of water vapor in the air.

Weaknesses: Snow usually isn't exactly dangerous. Someone with this fruit probably isn't going to be using it to hurt anyone outside of maybe throwing a snowball at them. Also, hot temperatures can make the user melt into a gooey slush, severely weakening them. Finally, dry climates make it hard for the user to summon more snow from the air.

Naw, Logia users can do that if they mix their own element with it. Like how Crocodile makes sand storms, or Ace can set things on fire and then control the flames. In this case, it's the user freezing water vapor in the air to make snow.
