Name: Pressure Pressure Fruit
Abilities: This fruit allows the user to change the air pressure's scale to a certain point depending on the user's devil fruit stat. It also allows the user to manipulate the direction of the air pressure using body movement. For example, punching forward would allow the user to change the surrounding air pressure's direction to the punch's direction.
Scale of damage and range per Devil Fruit Stats:
(Note: If the hit that the user makes actually comes into contact with the target, then this force is added onto the physical force applied by the user to the contact point.)
100 - 1x the standard air pressure and 0.5m around the user.
300 - 1x and 1m.
400 - 2x and 1m.
525 - 3x and 2m.
675 - 4x and 2.5m.
825 - 5x and 3.5m.
975 - 6x and 4m.
1150 - 7x and 5m.
1500 - 8x and 7m.
1750 - 9x and 8m.
2000 - 10x and 10m.
3000 - 13x and 12.5m.
(The next three scales can be ignored, since I doubt the devil fruit will reach this far within the next year or two. :P)
4500 - 16x and 15m.
6000 - 20x and 20m.
10000 - 25x and 25m.
Strengths: The main strength of the fruit is the ability to redirect the air pressure and amplify it.
Weaknesses: During rain, due to atmospheric pressure changes, the scale of the ability is halved, therefore making it practically useless at lower levels. However, other natural atmospheric pressure changes such as change in temperature and minor humidity changes do not affect the fruit's powers in a significant manner.
Technical Stuff:
Upto DF level 675, all the scales can be used indefinitely, as long as the user's devil fruit stat satisfies the required stat.
However, all the scales above 675 cannot be used indefinitely. If the user's stat is between 825 and 975 then he can use the the 825 attack twice a day. If his stat is between 975 and 1150, he can use the 975 attack twice a day, and the 825 attack thrice a day. And therefore the number of times those attacks can be used per day increase by one each time the user passes a DF stat milestone.

The man had been bothered all day by the lowlife scum of the alley. All he wanted was some peace and quiet. He had thought that his cloaked appearance would help him blend in among the homeless, however, some of the alley's higher tier scum had recognized him. The scar on his face and the bandaged fists had made it obvious.
"Oi! Why don't you get up and fight?! We know who you are!"
He did not budge, and continued to stare at the ground while sitting still. The two men began to kick his legs lightly, as if to provoke him. He finally looked up without raising his head and as one of them was about to kick, he grabbed his leg tightly. He squeezed his fingers around the man's leg, but the pain that the man was seemingly going through was made obvious by his screams. The other man looked surprisingly, as the flesh of the first was squeezing more than it should have.
It was the ability of the stranger. The ability to manipulate air pressure. From the screams of the man, it seemed like the pressure was much greater than expected and he finally began to give in.
"I'm sorrryyyy!! Nngggghhh! Let me goooooo, I beg you, please!!"
The other man just looked in awe even after the stranger let the groaning man go. As soon as he was let go, the man stumbled to the ground and started screaming even louder.
"Oh my God!! He broke my leg! He broke my fucking leg!!!"
As the man raised the lower end of his pants to examine his shin, he noticed that it had grown to a dark red color, and it looked slightly distorted from it's normal alignment. When the stranger squeezed the man's leg, he seemed like he was applying no effort, and yet the result was disturbing.
