Mission: Escape from marine custody.

Location: Onsen Island
Rewards: Freedom, and also a ship, be it a small fishing ship or a marine ship.
Allies: Mika (Might be one or two more people on marine or mercenary side depending if anyone wants to join)
Success Condition: Hal is freed from marine custody
Failure condition: Hal is escorted onto the marine ship while still in custody. ((Which, if failure condition is met will result in a new mission))
Killable: No
Misc.: Hal turned himself in and was transferred to South Blue to await trial, right now he is being held in a small jail on Onsen, though he is scheduled to be transferred within the next few days. He does not however plan to stay in custody for much longer; he has set things in motion to get him out of the marine’s hands.
