Good day to you, all who crave a shiver down your spine and a tingle in your throat...
Our special Halloween episode will take a dip into the chills and thrills of the night rarely seen by anyone but the watchmen, staring into the evening fog. On an island, far yet close at the same time, ther is a place where crews have gathered for a party. Marine and pirate do not let their conflicts come in the way of a party, or a mountain of candy...and there is something very special about this party...
So come...let all those in costume who enjoy candy and cobwebs sail to our special house...where the unexpected will very likely happen, if there is one to wish of it...
(In other words, forget about the canon. Any characters you want in this, join up! Just like how the One Piece special shorts are in the anime, this is a free-for-all!...Just watch out for the twists...)

Erick looked up at the big mansion that loomed over the island and then shivered, for some reason he just found it very creepy looking. "They sure did a good job making it look spooky..." he shook off the feelings of being nervous about going in there and laid his backpack on the ground then dragged it behind a tree so that no one would see him changing into his costume. It would take a long time for him to put it together especially since he wasn't planning on going as Erick but instead one of his other persona. He pulled a small mirror out of his backpack and leaned it against the tree then pulled out some makeup, a long brown wig, a witch hat and costume with a skirt that went just a bit below knee length and a few other objects. About half an hour later he was just about ready, he threw his backpack into the tree for safekeeping, fixed the witch costumes skirt and placed a small collar around his neck to hide his adams apple then he cleared his throat a bit and started working on the pitch of his voice. "Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do... Ehem..." he did that a few more times until his voice sounded like a woman's. "Alright then...Lets get this over with." Rosalyn (aka Erick) gulped and walked over to the mansion. Rosalyn walked up to the door but stopped and looked over 'her' shoulder and surveyed the outside. The surroundings definitely helped with the spooky atmosphere, 'she' shivered and then walked over and opened the door. The inside of the mansion looked even creepier then the outside, 'she' could see a few other people but no one 'she' recognized. "Wonder whats to do around here...." Rosalyn said to 'herself' as the door shut behind 'her' causing 'her' to jump.

Isamu walked up to the mansion, wearing a long coat to cover his costume until he was inside. It was a cold Halloween night. The trees were bare of their leaves, and the sky was semi-dark with clouds. He walked up to the front door and knocked, waiting politely for an answer. He hoped he was not the first one to arrive.

"Why waste time knocking?" A smooth voice came from behind the man. A girl appeared from the mists behind the porch, with silvery hair and a white fur gown. Atop her head was a sparkling tiara that appeared to be made of ice. The snow queen from the Narnia chronicles; a rather befitting choice for Kali. She strode ahead confidently, away from the other members of the division, and held up an invitation card between two fingers. "If we recieved these, we must be able to walk on in." Without bothering to wait for a response, she opened the door and stepped inside.
"...What a weirdo." Another voice came from behind, another girl appeared from the mist. She was an odd one. Green hair dressed up in long ponytails, a stunning gray and black ensemble which she had, of course, made herself. Everyone who was anyone knew that divas were the star costume for the season. Jollette had dressed herself up nice with the expectation that there would be a costume contest. She would, of course, win--who else would have the ability to craft costumes like her? She had made her crew's costumes too, but naturally, hers was the piece de resistance. "Silver hair. Pft. Hair dye much?" Jollette muttered, twirling a lime strand around her finger as she went past Isamu and strode right on in.
"...I still can't believe you all forced me to dress up like this." A sparkling of glitter appeared through the fog before the figure. Sophia, the famous pirate captain, the one who was trying to build up a feared reputation again after her year of retirement...was dressed like Tinkerbell. "Cute", they had called it. "Fitting", they said. It didn't change the fact that they had put her in a skimpy little dress and tights. "April Fools day comes and I'm going to get you guys good," she grumbled, not even noticing the other man on the stoop. Her eyes were focused on the candy table, only barely visible in the back of the mansion's entrance hall. Even with the embarrassing costumes, she knew that she could count on some candy.
The three girls were part of different groups, and split different ways...as did most of the visitors...but nobody in the hall that night understood just how magical halloween could be...for crossing the threshold of the mansion meant one thing.
"...Huh...how strange...this drink is much colder tasting it than holding it..."
"...Why do I feel the sudden urge to set up a karaoke stand...?"
"...What the...why do I feel even shorter today than normal?! The last thing I needed tonight was to be even more aware of that!!"
...Be careful what you put on, dear pirates and marines...crossing the threshold transforms you *into* your costumes...

A loud fluttering of feathers and wings could be heard as someone new entered the fray. He seemed to attract a lot of attention, though none of it from people, instead getting it from the many birds that were in the area. Flying through the air was Luke, dressed as a crow. He didn’t know how he had been talked into this, but combining his devil fruit powers along with the feathers and rapid flapping was letting him fly, though it didn’t keep the crows from following him. He hated the fact that his animal magnetism only seemed to work on them. He pushed people out of the way trying to get into the home, hopefully away from those beasts. After he quickly flew in through the door way he began to change into a real crow, though he didn’t notice it until he crashed into a white haired woman and fell into the punch bowl splashing anyone in the vicinity. A few of the crows managed to keep up and decided the bowl made a good bird bath, why didn’t things ever go well for him?

Spotting the mansion, Ramsay sighed and sat the wide-brimmed hat on his head. He had never been much of a social person, and people in costume wasn't cetaunly going to change that. He walked onwards through the mist, boots clicking. He would wring that dodgy salesman who'd guranteed him the cowboy outfit was "perfect" for him, should they ever meet again. He did like the hat though...and the duster jacket wasn't half-bad...But still an empty pocket was depressing. Pulling the red bandana around his neck up to hide his mouth, he lifted the toy gun from it's holster and fired an imaginary bullet through his head before he reached for the front door's handle.

Jewel walked through the fog towards the house. She was dressed in a princess costume. The dress at least went to her thies. The tiarra had shiny blue gems on it that almost lit the fog. Her dress was a beautiful turquoise blue and her shoes were strap-up heels the same color as the dress. Her hair was in a beautiful bun. Her friends had dared her to go there on halloween. She wasn't sure if fhe should go inside or not because she had heard the rumors about the house. She finally decided to go in cause there was no way back now anyway. When she got in the doorway she felt a tingling inside her. She automatically got worried. Jewel tried to leave the haunted house and thought she would be able to leave. Sadly, she could not. So she just tried to have fun anyway.
