In various stories, I have seen the use of Clearance codes... a name like Gawain or Percival (etc.) followed by a pair of numbers. I guess that the names are Arthurian Knights, but could someone explain the code to me? Or is it just something made up on the spot, and if I said "Loni King, Dawn Patrol Access Code Underwood Six-Nine" no one would call me on it?

I've been making mine up just using Arthurian knights as the name involved, but I was wondering this as well.

When I made up the Gawain three zero two code, I was just sort of following the officers codes. Just a KotRT with a couple of numbers. I figured Arthur codes were just for officers, so I used one of the lower ranking knights for BD's.

It's based off a very old project started by Stalking Shadow. I've kept it alive because it was too cool to let die. BUT, he was the brainchild and stopped playing shortly afterward. I have been using it in its current form.  Stalking Shadow was a member here and built it for us to use in our RP. It's very rigid in structure.Having said that, I'd love to expand and certainly clarify it. But the skeleton is there (at the least). Actually, I've been thinking about this, & have some ideas on how to finish/expand on the database, so while I confer w/ Scar & Crim on that, anyone that's Patroller or Sergeant rank, (correct me if I'm wrong Scar) figure your clearances are the following: CAMELOT 01 & 02, and LANCELOT 01 --------------------  Global: @Urbanknight Dawn Patrol Members: Officer: Lady Britania, Patrollers: Harlequin Pixie, Bubblellusion, Acoustic Harmony, Potent Justice The Ashton Legacy: Bubblellusion, Holly Starr, Electrifying Eva, Brash Lass, Vagabond Grav, Lord Briton Other Heroes: MedStar Angel, Arclight Knight, Star Spangled Belle, Purple People-Beater, Nocturnys, Kitty Fu, Abbracadabress, Tauron the Bold, Supa Twoll, Cryo Maiden, Rescue Unit, Sister of Penance Villains: Natalia Marcone, Major Murderer, Chrono Coquette Praetorians: Miss Praetoria |

Agreed. Although I'll go further and suggest that Camelot-03 clearance is acceptable for Patrollers and Sergeants as well. If anything, Camelot-03 is required for Commander+ rank and it makes sense that Patrollers+ (i.e. heroes) would have TOP SECRET accessability in order to conduct various investigations and yadda yadda yadda.
This document needs to be updated because "Commander" no longer exists. Recommend changing Camelot-03, last sentence to read - "Required for Lancelot clearance." Recommend changing Arthur-02 to require Captain rank. My interpretation is they're more levels of security than true "clearance codes" per se. It's the rank of data we can access in relation to our rank in the group. I'd think we'd have our own individual passwords once we'd logged in to the correct rank.
